There, I began my healing journey-eating healthier, adopting a more active lifestyle, and losing a significant amount of weight. Two months into this transformation, I am a changed person. However, I can’t help but feel stressed and anxious about the possibility of losing my progress once I return to the city-the place that made me miserable in the first place. Pile #2. I just put my beautiful, very sweet cat Faith to sleep. 💔 I had an animal communication session the day before and it was magical.
