For cam, is LM , RW or CAM better?

I would say LM/RM because the pace will be much better and will still have good dribbling,agility and all that. The overall passing will be -1

The strength & pace is less. The passing is a little better but you won’t notice a difference from the LM/RM

Nah CAM should serve the strikers. If you play CAM in clubs and you don’t have at least twice as much assists as you have goals than just play striker 😂
