I remember how my friend absolutely hated these and thought that the cat handled, "like a shopping cart." I was so-so about them at first until I realized that you could just drift the cat around turns instead of steering it normally-when I showed my friend this he was frankly quite stunned.

Oh I really love this game! Me and my friends played it all the time back in the Gamecube days! The cat racing was incredibly fun too. It's just too bad that Timesplitters 4 will never see the light of day... I would've loved a game like this on the next-gen consoles.

The trick is to not drive it like a car, but like a... cat. Seriously, though, it's all in the cornering and managing how you turn the cat. It's kinda unintuitive, but there is a method to it!
