First thing I thought. That great timbre is still there. He CAN sing still, just not the same way he used to. Also there's a VAST world of voice work he could do if he chose. Voice acting, narration etc etc. He'd be great voicing animated or game characters.

Bloody amazing front man with one hell of a range but its when you listen to the the slow ballads you really begin to appreciate the quality of Coverdales voice. Of all the top frontmen of years gone by a few have come close to Coverdale but none have surpassed him.
