Ooohhhh you can use the deer as a stencil on the cutting board and stain it lighter than the board!! Tie tiny bells on his neck and do a tree from wtapping paper to look like its behind him❤

Hi Wendy... I love what you did on the Christmas tree. The wrapping paper looks like ticking... and to make it your countdown calendar is really terrific. About the yarn color requirement, was it for any diy or the tree specifically? The black fit best with the ticking and the buttons... really wonderful. Oh my goodness...
