Ive been having hot flashes for the last 5 years due to a total hysterectomy age 43, can’t take HRT due to my mum having breast cancer aged 48 , unfortunately for us it’s a bracca1 hereditary faulty gene 🧬 so we have to be careful when it comes to lumps in breasts, it’s worrying for us all.
