When they actually have stock in ...... which seems to be never. They're due in a certain day then when that day arrives the stock info changes to "due in stock in 1 week" again. I ended up ordering direct from Whitestone in usa, but the stock obviously came from over here because it came within 3 days. So there is at least stock somewhere in UK ....

After using it for about 2 months I noted a few minor issues. The glue still reacts to UV giving you this weird coloring effect. The screen has a slight purple tint. I thought my phone was broken on several occasions. Until I realized it was the UV that caused this effect. The other issue. Even though I felt and/or thought I installed it correctly the glue started to peel on the left edge. Creating this intricate pattern. It looks like PCB traces. Personally, I think it's cool, but I think it happened because the glue container contained one tiny drop so there wasn't enough glue to completely seal it. It wasn't immediately obvious until sometime later. So make sure you empty the glue all the way! Other than that I've dropped my phone twice on the concrete. Face first in these two months between 3 and 6 feet. No effect so it is definitely a good screen protector. I will definitely purchase this product again.

To anyone even the slightest bit apprehensive about the installation process of these, don't be .... it put me off for a while, so I went with one of the better rated regular screen protectors. Found one with a fitting method that was easy to get no bubbles in but the edges after just a few hours always began to peel off. So I took the plunge with this expensive Whitestone. Best decision I made bar none. Just watch the video 3/4 times then watch it again as you fit using another device or tablet. If you follow the instructions to the letter you'll have a flawless installation, it's all lined up perfectly with the tray position on etc so just follow the vid. Looks perfect, love it and it's by far the best protector around. Seriously recommend. Just buy from Whitestone usa direct as mobile fun and amazon never have any stock these days.

In regards to the fingerprint it does work, you may just have to reregister. I recommend using your middle finger, that never gives me even the slightest hint of trouble. Works first time every time.

brilliant video. install went well however I've managed to cover the front camera every so slightly which is irritating having been so careful with the installation.

Can you tilt the tray if the liquid does not disperse evenly? For example, if one corner if not being reached by the liquid?

It's recommended that you leave it to spread. Tipping it can cause the glue to slide off the edges of the phone 👍

@@jdgingerich7806 I have it it still works, but Samsung recently rolled out an update, I'm too scared to us, to remedy that. It says in the notes you have to remove the screen protector to register your fingerprints than put it back on. That being said before the update and its potential consequences. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly. You have to re-register your fingerprints after install though. I suppose Samsung was trying to eliminate this problem with the update.

Seems high quality but it really does a bad number on the fingerprint reader. I deleted and re-added all fingerprints as suggested, and also used the middle finger as suggested. The fingerprint reader functionality is still reduced significantly. For such a high cost product I would expect the fingerprint reader to not be impacted negatively.

Nice glass high quality, too expensive, the bad part: DON'T WORK WITH ANY PROTECTOR CASE! be aware DON'T buy it!
