You guys asked for it! Here's some Whiting on POPPERS as well as some cheeky bream towards the end! Not a bad couple of sessions! I do admit, chasing whiting on surface lures is bloody good fun!

awesome vid as usual sammy, gotta love whiting. I went out for a session yesterday all day throwing everything from plastics to hardbodys, surface etc. only got a little bream. Then i decided to tie on a hot chip and nailed bream in the mid 30's nearly every cast. Got busted but something huuuuge, probably a rally big bream i suspect in the 40's. Was struggling to stop it going under some rocks on locked drag, Reel was screaming. ahahh. good fun

Hi Sammy, have you ever tried surface popping for whiting around Donnybrook?, this is where I go most weekends and the area seems devoid of summer whiting, even with yabbies to catch a whiting is a one in ten trip affair..
