I just played this song to my daughter at breakfast - and she recognized your voice as soon as you started singing. This should make you proud: your voice is so unique that a 10 year old Austrian kid knows it immediadely. Such a sweet voice! Great song, great lyrics! Well done again, Whitney, congratulations! 🎉

I’m always amazed at how great your lyrics are, not such something vapid and shallow like half the songs these days. I’m glad you had closed captions, as I just couldn’t quite make out the chorus (the blink part). This song could be interpreted different ways…abusive relationship, a love thats overwhelming, family love delaying potential. Very clever. Looking forward to the video.
