Bill Burr is so much more creative, “artsy”, cool, interesting, funny, and laid back than he think he is. Which just makes him even cooler. Having been a fan since he was doing 30 minute specials on Comedy Central and HBO 15 years ago, it’s crazy to see how he’s changed and progressed as a person over these years.

When he talks about Pryor having his perfect set he's right, but at the same time he had this moment twice. The philly rant was absolutely incredible, he turned THE most hostile crowd ever in 14 fucking minutes and his special "I'm sorry you feel that way" is so crazy good through its whole runtime, there is not a single bit that doesn't work. That man is a legend.

That's not even the real truth, she was an important part of the story, her silence was the point. She saw him beating up a good man because she had said something about him, and never dared to say anything to him again after, afraid that he would kill people for it. It made sense when her sister talked about it at the end of the film.

She was smart with her interview. Bill can get bored but she knew how to reel him back in. I've seen Bill on other shows and they bomb because they can't hang. She did so good, I watched the whole thing! It helps that she's from the East Coast and funny in her own right.
@BennjkSyd

Her names Whitney not she, don’t refer to Whitney as she like you can’t read the title of the podcast that you’re watching. Although you probably can’t because you think you know who can hang with bill (someone you’ve never ever met) based on the fact they’re from the east coast. The irony is you are the exact person bill would get bored with because you are a one dimensional plank of wood that acts like they know who bill is based off a few interviews. And thinking someone is from the east coast means anything is proof that Bill and Whitney would despise your boring life

"Zen State" is what you guys are looking for. Zen: Zen Brings creativity. If you want to be one with creation, you will learn ways of creativity. One way to be at one with creation is to be lost in the moment with creativity. A potter is lost in making pottery, lost while working the wheel, lost while forming the clay. That is the peak moment, where you touch Creation and Creation touches you. ~ Big G Pottery Wabi-sabi is the view or thought of finding beauty in every aspect of imperfection in nature. It is about the aesthetic of things in existence, that are “imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete.” SRV Forever!!

Watched Bill Burr in the Mandalorian today.... Bill was great!!! (I was expecting him to have a brief cameo, but he was the MAIN thread in the episode, and was great at it. It was kind of written for his frame of mind, "Oh, you're gonna do *that huh?! Yah right, how's that working out for ya...(idiot)." He was great!) - He was really acting (not just a version on himself), but didn't go over-the-top with it, seemed really natural. I loved it.

I tried watching an episode of Columbo a few months back...I almost pulled my hair out. I don't remember it being that deadly dull. Scenes used to drag on forever and very little story content transpired. Storytelling has improved immensely since the 70s & 80s.

Better believe if the country was in shambles and Trump was making a mess, he'd still be in all the way. Love Bill but he alienated the majority of his fanbase with his second to last special. Attacking the right 95 percent of the time and the left 5 percent doesnt give someone a centered opinion.

@@NothingToPointOut24 "But he alienated the majority of his fanbase with his second to last special" Bill has fans from all corners of the world with different beliefs etc. To say that his fanbase is majority conservative or whatever is ridiculous. He's not the champion of the right so settle down and enjoy his comedy.

@@coffeepot3123 Never labeled him that, but if you spent half of a 90 min special attacking a certain point of view with limited comedy around it, its going to annoy a lot of people. Not trigger, not offended, but annoy. And you're right, Bill is one of the few comics that appeal to a lot of different people, but I would imagine that white and non-hardcore liberal are the ones that like him the most. Or atleast bought the majority of the tickets to his shows which is where comics make most of their money nowadays.

Ha ha ha. My son was HIGHLY MOTIVATED to RECEIVE letters, and consequently loved to "write" letters: to "Santa" / the "Toof Fairy" / TESLA / EINSTEIN and others...even before he COULD compose a letter without help. When he was tiny, he verbally DICTATED the words & I printed them out by hand in a light hued pencil crayon...and he traced the letters (and lists) in permanant felt pen...I later blew these up on the printer and transferred the image to "Shrinky-Dink Plastic" (and BAKED them to create a far more PERMANENT artifact). My TODDLER'S LIST was: A cookie. A beanie baby. A pickle. A widdle ball. $10,000.00 CASH
