The greatest Female Vocalist of all time, I believe Whitney could sing any Song in the World and make it her own. There are other unbelievable Female singers out there, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and Aretha Franklin but for me Whitney is just the best. Her Voice touches me like no other and her songs are beautiful, the way she can control her voice and hit different notes is just perfect. God gave her a Voice of an Angel and there will never be one like her again, she was beautiful in every way.

Whitney was the greatest reason why I learned to love music and wanted to sing. She was a classic act and people around the world loved her. Just look at her string of number one songs and how big they were. Her album sales were massive. She was a megastar on the bodyguard era. All other singers/entertainer pales compared to her.
@joejamison88763 жыл бұрын
@@jesseleemata77 Puhleez- No one singer is the greatest and Whitney had one of the greatest voices but I am sure she would tell you that no one singer is the greatest and commercial success has nothing to do with it....There were obviously many other singers with much more commercial success and Whitney did not write the songs. It is not a competition -it is about talent and sharing the love with the world. I am glad that she shared her talent and always have much respect for it.

It’s hard to pick a favorite among so many great tracks of Whitney, but the Greatest Love of All is one of the best and most powerful songs ever written about self-preservation and dignity. Its universal message crosses all boundaries and instills one with the hope that it’s not too late to better ourselves. Since it’s impossible in this world we live in to empathize with others, you can always empathize with yourself. It’s an important message - crucial, really

Whitney’s talent is restored with the overwhelming “The Greatest Love of All,” one of the best, most powerful songs ever written about self-preservation and dignity. From the first line (Michael Masser and Linda Creed are credited as the writers) to the last, it’s a state-of-the-art ballad about believing in yourself. It’s a powerful statement and one that Whitney sings with a grandeur that approaches the sublime. Its universal message crosses all boundaries and instills one with the hope that it’s not too late for us to better ourselves, to act kinder. Since it’s impossible in the world we live in to empathize with others, we can always empathize with ourselves. It’s an important message, crucial really, and it’s beautifully stated on this album.

@@amanda.collaud As a christian I totally agree with you, but you can only love another person to the degree that you love yourself. You can't have quality loving relationships with others if you don't love yourself. There is nothing wrong with loving yourself and having confidence and dignity. As a child you get this from your parents and if you don't, like I didn't, life gets hard at a very early stage and then you strugle later on like I do now. Do you really think that Jesus hated himself or had a very low selfesteem?
@mattcup90014 жыл бұрын
@@amanda.collaud Selfhatred is not "a good mechanism to oppose the demons". You shouldn't hate anybody, especially yourself, becouse if you do then there is something wrong with your relationship with God. You can (and should) love yourself, be self confident and have dignity and still be humble and modest to others and worship and admire God. Modesty doesn't equal self hatered. If you hate yourself it doesn't mean you are a bad person it just means you are unable to have quality, loving realtionships with your husband/wife,children,family,friends.. because that self hate will make you unconsciously do or say things that will hurt other people around you. I don't think my parents didn't love me, they just made me feel that way because that's the way they feel about themselfs. The important thing is to recognize where this self hate comes from and deal with those emotions, and of course forgive, I did. :) And now, as the song says, I'm learning to love myself and hope to be able to give this love to my kids so they have childhood they deserve. I'm glad I will break this negative chain of self hate in my family. God bless you

It's hard to choose a favorite among so many great tracks, but "The Greatest Love of All" is one of the best, most powerful songs ever written about self-preservation, dignity. Its universal message crosses all boundaries and instills one with the hope that it's not too late to better ourselves. Since, Elizabeth, it's impossible in this world we live in to empathize with others, we can always empathize with ourselves. It's an important message, crucial really. Hard to believe she died so young.she had a great 👍 voice. We all suffer from depression in life. I am 51 yrs old at least I have my health 😊.
