I do actually believe Juliette got tired of Sam's constant partying and wonder if that was a low-key way to complain about him dabbling in cocaine or something? Like how people speculated "pasta" on VPR was slang for it. Imagine dating someone who had endless money and no real job aside from a few investments? He probably doesn't adhere to any kind of regular schedule, parties all the time, stays up late constantly and sleeps in constantly. I would not be interested in having a partner who lives like that.

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I think Juliette's "aesthetic enhancements" did not enhance her beauty. In the earlier seasons, she looked so much more fresh-faced.. and without the implants, her body looked more athletic/lean, dainty and delicate. I am not a fan of these produres personally anyway... and especially not on a naturally beautiful woman like she was (..and still could be)

I don’t understand why it wasn’t ok for Juliette to decide she wasn’t ready to live with him. I get it would be hard for the relationship to rebound but she clearly only moved in because she felt pressured and I think it’s really important that women especially do what is right for them, despite how they might be judged for it. It’s the reason women stay in abusive situations - because they will be shamed for leaving. So perhaps we should not normalize that behaviour of shaming women for their choices.

I agree with that and Sam will never understand bc he doesn't know the value of money his family is rich so he's rich. Juliette understands it bc she doesn't come from money and she likes to party to an extent but Sam wants to 24/7. She was smart to keep her business going she heard about what he did to Brittany. Left his ex of ten years broke and penniless he clearly didn't care about her at the end. If I were in juliette's shoes I would have kept my job too.

it's a tough thing about marrying vs not marrying the person. everyone should decide that for themselves so while i get the parents' point, they don't have a say. i knew of someone who's boyfriend was killed in a car accident before their child was born. because of the laws she had a horrible time getting their child survivor benefits. they weren't married so he couldn't go on the birth certificate without signing it. she couldn't even request his death certificate. after a loooong time passed she and her attorney figured all of it out through court and they ended up having to get a dna test with a distant relative of his to determine a reasonably close match for paternity. it took until the kid was in preschool. man, stuff gets so complicated sometimes.
