I always used to read isfj is the most feminine but digressed. Infp stroke me as more feminine. Myself an enfp. Mostly feminine but my te can make me quite out there, outspoken, assertive etc.

I think ENFPS have indeed both masculine and feminine qualities. ENFPS seem way more masculine than infps. I do not perceive isfjs that feminine personallty, as Si is sensing and sensing is more masculine than feminine

​@@Lev-The-King If I use my idea of masculinity gathered from The Way of the Superior Man, How to be a 3% Man, No More Mr. Nice Guy, then I can see from the people in my life that direct types aren't necessarily the more masculine ones. For example, I would regard my ESFJ friend to be quite masculine- he values physical strength and takes his purpose (to become a medical doctor, to be a Christ follower) very seriously. And the ISTJs who I've known, I would consider feminine- they care about the "small things in life." My ISTJ friends seem to not care as much about their direction/calling than their relationships and quality time. And gosh they're ALL about the details in everything. My ISFP younger brother is much more masculine than I am (an INFP), in his behavior and also in his drive for his pursuits. And INFJs, masculine?? In my experience, INFJs, male or female, behave very femininely (just in the way that they act- I haven't known any very personally). Just my experience!! (and I am at risk of confirmation bias with my Ti demon)

The question is now for me, when it comes to the INFJ+NFP relationship, where is the masculine tilt for the INFJ+NFP relationship? How do they find the balance? They have 4 masculine traits to 12 feminine traits. The others like STJ+STP aside from ISTP+ISTJ, NTJ+NTP and ENFJ+NFP relationship have a slight leaning towards one or the other but not as much as INFJ+NFP.

@@Lev-The-King An observation of mine is with the cognitive orbit. Take estj for an example. To get your sub-consciousness, swap every letter of your type (infp in this case). if you want to have your shadow, you only swap the first and the last letter (istp in this case). And to get your demon, you swap the two middle letters (enfj in this case). And funnily enough this works with any type. ;)

I'm Enfp and I'm trying to become more Masculine in life and in my relationship with my ISTJ Fiancee. With no examples of Masculine ENFP it's kind of hard because your right ENFP we have alot of Feminine traits. I'm going through an introspective war with myself trying to develop my masculinity. It's made me introspective which makes me temporarily INFP and that is counter productive. It's a wierd struggle brother.

Instead of getting all your information from CS Joseph (someone notoriously bad at typing people), you should read the actual sources (Berens, Keirsey, Beebe, Jung, etc.) and type people yourself, using your own judgment. If you're not a reader, INFJinxed here on KZbin summarizes their content more accurately. Don't be lazy and "rest on your laurels, ESTJ" as Chase himself would say. Instead of going to primary sources, you're playing a game of telephone with someone who has an agenda when in comes to skewing the truth in order to make a profit. One of the books on Robert Greene books on his website literally advocates for putting out wild ideas in order to attract attention. He mistypes people and acts as though he were a guru for it, when he's just wrong. Also, you can't type people on the fly with one or two videos, especially since he's going in with a conclusion and looks for evidence to support his position. Do you really think someone would type you accurately with a short clip of your life in a context where you're in public and doing things to be seen as socially acceptable rather than completely open and authentic, like you are in private? Even if you're strictly a CS Joseph disciple, he himself has put out a masculinity ranking through a live stream, where he ranks it this way: (most maculine) ESTP -> ENTJ -> ISTP -> INTJ -> ESFP -> ENFJ -> ISFP -> INFJ -> ESTJ -> ENTP -> ISTJ -> INTP -> ENFP -> ESFJ -> INFP -> ISFJ (most feminine). As you can see, accoring to him, Se is the main driver. I directly asked him about whether Fe-Ti was masculine on a live stream, since Fe gives love (man's role according to him) and Te gives respect (woman's role according to him), but he said that it doesn't work like that without any further elaboration. Not that you should give what he says about relationships any weight, since he advocates for hyprocrisy by saying it's okay for men to have several partners simultaenously, while women should share a high value partner (Red Pill Polygyny), which isn't only ethically incorrect but senseless as a system. Systems based on hyprocrisy quickly fall apart. Finally, even CS Jospeh has had to contradict his previous compatability videos and now has tiers of compatability based on socionics, lol, where Bronze pairs and Pedagogue pairs rank higher in success than than silver pairs. Anyway, while certain types are more prone to masculine behaviors, different societies socialize their people differently, so an INTP living in an Amazon tribe in South America may be more masculine in reality than an INTJ living in New York. Fe users adopt tribe values more quickly, so ENFJ men can act very masculine with direct language, while ENFJ women can be very feminine, by still being direct but flowery in their language. Also, a female tert Se user will understand how to look feminine more easily than a tert Si user, even though INxPs are cognitively more feminine than ENxJs. I know I just gave you a lot that boils down to me saying you're wrong, but I want you to know that ESTJs are one of my favorite types. We share the same four sides of the mind, and my ESTJ superego has been helpful in my life. My mom is also ESTJ, so I know how underrated the type is in the typological community.

You still didn't give me evidence why he's an ENFP. Why don't you provide me a system that is better than CS Joseph's so that I can use that instead to verify people. So far no one has come close other than socionics but even that's flawed. Knowing CSJ personally, he's not in it for the money. If he would be, he wouldn't be doing this.

Besides his notoriously unorthodox (lead Ne) and un-vetted health beliefs (childish Te), ESTJ Candace Owens explains how he selfishly prioritizes his own Fi over his Te: kzbin.infoFJEofpxvn7Q . While ESTJs can do unexpected and undorthodox things to achieve their goals, it's usually because they've looked at the cutting edge research and adopted it before everyone else. One of my best friends is an ESTJ power lifter who stays on top of the scientific literature, so he's cutting edge enought to look unorthodox, when the truth is that he's just an early adopter of properly vetted information. ESTJs are still bound by the fact that they have an SJ temperament. I can't give you a shortcut to a counter system to CSJ's. All I can give you is sources you can use as a framework to exercise your own judgment case by case. INFJinxed here on KZbin gives a broad enough overview of things to help you skim through the other stuff. Her overlaps with CSJ are a good indicator of what he took from others vs what he made up. Edit-- I forgot to say that while your masculinity framework isn't perfect, it's more accurate in reality than the CSJ ranking I pointed out above, which doesn't factor in the idea that the critic function is one of the top 3 most pronounced functions in the stack, and ESTJs have Se critic--one of the reasons they can be confused with ESTPs, who have critic Te. ESTJs are cognitively one of the most masculine types IMO. Looking at the CSJ type grid, the DICs are the most mascline and background types are the most feminine IMO. According to that system, I'd say it's ranked this way: DICs (most masculine), Finisher types (the ones associated with being a "sigma male", ugh), Starter types, and finally Background types (most feminine).

I like what you did but I have to make a few improvements to your system. First things first I agree with all the masculine traits except for Ti + Fe. I would say Ti + Fe is both masculine and feminine. Think about it, ESFJ's are very feminine most of the time because of that Fe hero trying to make people feel good. While INTP's or ISTP's can tell people the cold hard facts. Ti would masculine and Fe would be feminine And I would say the same thing for Fi +Te. I agree Te is more factoid based but it still is very systems focused and all about numbers. Numbers and data do not account for feelings which I would say is Fi. Fi is morals and how you feel which I would say is more Feminine. Te is masculine and Fi is Feminine. Te and Ti are masculine Fe and Fi are feminine. Here is the same ranking you did in your video with a little bit of tweaking. ESTP ENTJ (7) ESTJ (6) ISTP INTJ (5) ENFJ ENTP ISFP ESFP INTP ISTJ (4) ESFJ ISFJ (3) INFJ (2) ENFP INFP (1) I think this looks more realistic but I could be wrong love to hear your thoughts.

Well specifically simply not including Fi+Te and Ti+Fe to the score because yes they do cancel out. Granted a similar case can be said of Ni+Se and Si+Ne. I think in first instance , a yin/yang comparison could can made between functions and types. Basically Thinking is more masculine than feeling and sensing more masculine than intuition. Basicallly, the masculine functions are tanguable, compact, clear, objective, measurable just like direct observations. If you see something with sensing, you see it. There is no question about it. It's clear and it's there. Intuition is vague..it's like kinda like foggy..its unclear ..its a bit of guessing, it's basicaly the invisible comparedd to to the visible (visible being sensing) and has a higher subjective element to it (since its interpretation whereas with sensing there is less interpretation) Also, masculine things are very external. Sensing is external. It's not about what is inside the senseinsg, bt the sensing is the thing. Intuition is already more internal..its about some potential that is unclear and invisible ...thus more feminine A similar comparison could be made between thinking and feeling, where thinking is more clear and objective and feeling requires more interpretation. Also, feeling has a larger subjective eleemt about it since unlike thinking that uses more objective metrics (like lets say logic) its either true or not true and both parties can calculate with the same objecive numbers to arrive at hte same conclusions. Thirdly, I would say extraversion is external too and more orientated towards action and movement than the introverted. In terms of yin/yang, movement is masculine and I would say men are more movement orientated than women (can especially be seen in little children - boys run around and girls usually dont as much to that level- no matter their types) Based on these things, the 2 most feminine types were I believe INFP and INFJ and the most masculine ENTJ and ESTP? I calculated it once with giving each trait numbers..like extraversion is +1 for masculinity, thinking is +1 and sensing is +1 ..so for example Te is very masculine cause its extraverted and thinking. However, interestingly enough all of this is their EXTERNAL side...so their superficial layer side. The ENTJ for example often appears super masculine externally, but their internal functions are Fi and Ni, are the complete opposite and are the most feminine functions most feminine. I have noticed this in such types too that appear very masucline..once you get to know them and let their guard down, deep down they way are more feminine than they appear, way more uncertain, way more needing affirmation. They would just not admit it openly, cause outwardly they often want to display certainty and arrogance. Te for examaple appears super certain, but if you know them and discuss things, its more the display of certainty. funnily enough the INTP I believe has the most masculine introverted functions, being Si and Ti because both Fi and Ni are more feminine and unstable, more subjective, etc. Outwardly the INTP does not have confidence at all caus their extraverted functions are not masculine (Ne + FE) , but inwardly they have a lot of inward convidence in themselves. Being an intp myself I have often noticed this when interacting with people. WHen i was young I thought all these extraverts were confident just because on the outisde they knew how to behave..nbut inwardly they have so much more issues, need affirmation from others nad what not..its more the shell on the outside that is hard with them (like a crab), but inside they are mushy cause their introverted functions are weaker. Anyway..whole story, knda messy..but maybe you get what I mean also looking at some stats how many times types tend to be male or female, the types that are least often female are the INTP and ISTP. They're also very unlikely to be gay when male. Howevr, the femmales are very rare and often gay. The exactly opposite thing is true for Fe where the Fe doms are least likely to be male, yet if htey are male they have a high percerntage of being GAY. ENFJ and ESFJ are #1 and #1 most common types ni gay guys. Since guy guys and woman both are more masculine than lesbian women and straighgt guys, it seems to give the impression that TI is the most masculine function and Fe the most feminine. So it's not really a clear cut answer, but just some ways I could to look at it

Ye. Honestly you have to be careful with it. ESTJs put up a big front and a tough guy attitude but deep inside is their Fi inferior that is this adorable little teddy bear. Let him know that whatever happens you'll be there to comfort him and remind him he's not a bad person. Tell him you won't judge him and it's ok to be himself with you. This is best done in private to prevent embarrassment.

He's not honest about putting US' interests ahead of Israel's. Also biases his view of Christianity through the lens of Judaism instead of looking at the facts which shows there's little evidence to prove the stories of the Old Testament says without the evidence that is the New Testament. By that I mean he uses the Old Testament to "disprove" the New Testament but he doesn't have the evidence to prove the Old Testament. Not anti-Semitic, just can see the bias when I see it. Would recommend Cold Case Christianity to prove why Christianity is the only religion with evidence that can validate or invalidate it.

Watching this video and seeing myself being the weakest pisses me off.(so being the weakest is feminine in society that's f***** up 😂😂). I have a friend she is an infp too, she asked me one day do you feel empty and not content? Not because of relationship or work. Just like that? I was like no. I have a loving mom(esfj) a witty dad(entp) and a crackhead brother (isfp).....have no space for empty. She was like 👁️👄👁️ Also my dad is an entp 3w4 and I am 4w3. Being under the influence of a assertive and ambitious man made me quite an aristocrat. My probability of marrying an estp is 0 percent but if they win against an entj on problem solving and strategic planning I might get a crush. I am pretty biased because I am in love with a highly intelligent Entj.

this video was really interesting. i liked the whole "tallying up the points". i have one question. thoughts about responding being more masculine? technically the person who is responding in a situation holds more power. initating is also somewhat associated with the affiliative which is feminine.

They do have power however, they are at the whims of the initiator. An initiator can always go to a responder but a responder isn't one to naturally go to an initiator. That's kind of my reasoning for it but it's not great. Yes though that initiating can be somewhat associated with affiliative cause if group dynamics. Something to ask Chase in a Q&A.

Infj is meant to be you worst type compatibility wise, as per socionics. As an enfp, my worst type is meant to be istp, and surprisingly I've been in 2 relationships with istps and they were fun from a distance but TERRIBLE as a romantic partner. So, socionics compatibility theory seems to be credible when compared to experiential data, in my case.

ISFJs are 5th highest social compatibility with ESTPs making them eachother's pedagogue and 2nd highest romantic compatibility while INFPs are 3rd highest social compatibility and 4th highest romantic compatibility with the ESTPs.
