1929 the colonizers stole Mun Deng spirit stick and the stick is still somewhere with the British colonizers, ( I want the people of South Sudan to retrieve the stick it belongs to our ancestors) Wow our people really suffered. I want to learn more and I appreciate your channel shedding light on our history. I hope you find more information about our history and keep sharing.

This piece of documentary is very informative, it is hard to research our history because it has been buried and we heavily rely on oral evidence. I appreciate everyone involved in bringing this project forth🙏🏾

Man I really appreciate what you did because I hopes there will be a time to write the full document of Nuer origin and this will remain as a written historical document that will include their relation to other and their norm, rule and the war they face to other ethnics as well as their vocabulary at all their side Thank you so much

Raan is a dinka word referring to a person meanwhile, Rame is the real naath language referring to the same. The Naath borrowed the word Raan and combined it with Rame to make a different meaning. Naath are ancient egyptians who had assimilated Dinka and Luo lineages, their language component and genetic is definitely ancient Egyptian.

There’s no evidence suggesting nuer dinka or any nilotic tribes are from ancient egypt. Proto-nilotes originated in northern sudan/egypt tens of thausands of years before the first civilisations, these tribes began to form recently. Nuer shilluk Dinka come from ancient kush around khartoum and migrated southwards during the 11th+ century.

Maybe in your dreams😂; Nuer never assimilated Jieeng/Monyjang/Jaang... don't mistake peaceful coexistence for assimilation😅

@@Nz-ic9kbyou make some sense. Nilotic people including Jieeng, Nuer, Shilluk, Anyuak, etc. are the original founders and owners of ancient Kush civilization and kingdom...that nitwit's comment is just trash

@@Nz-ic9kbso can you explain King Taharqa and why he had the 6 horizontal lines only found within the Nuer tribe ? He was a ruler of the 25th dynasty of Ancient Kemet.
