how can you say not scary if you haven't been in Pasil.. i heard about tondo.. id say tondo is more dangerous.. but trust me Pasil is still dangerous. ive seen alleged asset sitting on a chair getting hammered by an axe.. ive seen 3..4..5 years old watching their parents doing drugs.. nothing more scarier than that.
