Holy shit so stoked I found your channel!! I was born and raised in NYC in the US but my mums family is from St Helena, and throughout my whole life I'd always get SO excited upon any mention of someone even knowing what the island is! I visited with my nana and mum about 15 years ago and have been thinking of making plans to go back now that I'm older and have some savings, and your video about cost of the trip was really helpful info. Making some of the foods in your videos will def be a fun second lockdown project, too! Last but not least, I know it's kinda silly but it always makes me happy to stumble other Saints (typically only online cuz there's not too many in the States) - I'm sure you guys are no stranger to the questions about heritage/ethnicity and then having to explain to someone this whole long story and it being a whole thing.. sometimes my heritage feels so far off and isolated (literally and figuratively) but your videos brought back such good memories and legit brought ~ a tear to my eye ~ , so thank you guys for that 😊😊😊

Hi Emily. Thank you so much for your amazing message!!! Sorry for the delayed reply, we've been focusing on your facebook page and website, and not so much on KZbin lately. Just so much to do. Thats brilliant you got to visit the Island, we probably know of you nana :) And know a few other Saints in the US as well. If you do make some of the recipes, let us know how it goes, and if have any questions, just shout. We're happy to help in any way. Thanks for your lovely message and for watching. Robin & Emma-Jane.

Hi there! To be saints, your accent sounds more British than local. I have lots of love and respect for Saints and their food... I have very nice saints friends as well. Nice channel!
