It's interesting to me to see how this comes about, since at this time the church is very respectful of the agreement they have with the state of Israel about not proselytizing. I know the Lord will do His work when the time comes, and I'll be interested to see how it unfolds, if I am blessed to still be here at that time.

The stick of Judah and the stick of Joseph coming together are the two witnesses coming together. Not the Book of Mormon and Bible. The two witnesses are John the revelator, stick of Judah and the second witnesses is Moroni, the stick of Joseph. Both were the last record keepers. Both haven't tasted death.

My personal opinion is that the Second Coming will not be for 30 to 40 years. I used to believe it would be 30 to 50 years, but I have altered my opinion. I am 67 now, and I believe I will not be in this realm when it occurs.

They are not going to come from Gentile nations, they are servants called to boldly testify of Christ to the Jews, they will probably be from the tribe of Judah. There is also an mighty End Time Servant that is sent to gather the remnants of Jacob while destruction is happening by the hand of the King Of Assyria in the last days. It is important to study Isaiah and the prophecies in the Book Of Mormon to gain a better understanding of these events. Isaiah is the critical and most important Prophet for end time context and it was the Prophet most quoted by the Book Of Mormon Prophets and by Christ. In 3rd Nephi chapter 23, the Lord commanded us to study the prophecies of Isaiah diligently, he said all that Isaiah prophesied will happen in the end times. We in the church, try to associate everything with the church, but a lot of these events, in fact most of these great events, great miracles, the latter day exodus of the remnants, their gathering, the establishment of the true Zion, the building of the New Jerusalem, among other big events, will have very little or nothing at all to do with the church or any institutional church. In 3rd Nephi chapters 20 and 21, Christ describes exactly what will happen to the Gentile Nations(USA/Europe) Great destruction of entire cities, infrastructure, military bases and headquarters, finance system, food supply, complete collapse of these nations will render institutions useless and depleted of resources, money won't mean a thing at that day as prophesied. We are relying too much on the wrong things. We need to repent and turn to God, Fast!

Some of the points not usually recognized about Revelation 11 is there will be three and a half years of new scripture added to the Bible by these two prophets. Also. They ascend to heaven in their bodies of flesh and bones, showing Corinthians 15,: 50 only means no mortals can inherit the kingdom of God, or flesh and blood, you must be an immortal, flesh and bones and spirit, to inherit the kingdom of God.
