Makes sense why Paul was kept from Asian minor by the spirit. John was handling those 7. Which were probably mostly Israelite stock. And Paul was the apostle to the gentiles that was where he was sent around to mostly. (Region wise) he was bringing in the “fullness of the gentiles”

Many thanks for you sharing your study. For about 4 years i have been thinking the two witnesses is Bible, and book of Mormon. Seeing the book of Revelation written as two parallels, two peoples. like two pillars. This is how i've come to read revelation and it make sense to me. 22-12 one pillar, and 1-11 the other. Hi Jason, I like this very much. It makes for more reasonable sense that all the others I've have considered over the years. Yep, I have heard all the different alternatives where it got to the point I put it on the top shelf where it gathered dust. However, seeing it through your eyes gives me a much more stable foundation then the nonsense I learned via the religious system. Of cause Satan loves to cause confusion and is the author of it, and religion is also designed to cause confusion where you see these denomination followers ready to fight others who disagree with their point of view! It's a rat race the LORD called me out of 12 years ago and I've gone on for strength to strength in my walk and relationship with him. It was the LORD who directed me to your channel as I'm sure he is doing with many of the brethren in the world seeking the truth! After all, in John 16 we know it is the Holy Spirit that directs us into all truth not man but a man is used by God or father to get the truth across to his children! It’s Luke 23:8 which discusses a “Long Season” that has to do with King Herod that only lasted a few months. How then can that be 249.5 years or whatever less than the Little Season of Revelarion 20? Jesus told us that he will come when the generation that he spoke to is still there. The apostles told us that it was very soon, to the point not to even marry or get children. In Revelation it is stated that the things will come very soon, so John shoudln´t even seal up those words (not like in Daniel)

I really wish I could remember where I heard it but I heard a very compelling argument recently explaining that the most proper translation for the word/words in Revelation 20 is actually not “little season” but rather “a short time”. Empty words without a link or source, I know, but it really stood out in my mind so it was a compelling argument from a source I surely deemed credible. Maybe look down that road? The source explaining the translation wasn’t trying to debunk the Luke argument.. he was simply saying we shouldn’t look at it as season = 1/4 of 1000 years = 250 years…. The fact he wasn’t trying to debunk the Luke verse lends a little more credibility to it in my mind.

Enoch and Elijah were the two witnesses. You find this in the Apocalypse of Elijah and the Book of Nicodemus.

I would like to aid in unpacking a parable about the 7 candles with the oil to keep them lit. He is speaking of the Chrism oil. This is generated in the sacral spine and is risen up the 33 vertebrae to rejoin in the pineal, at the temple of Heaven. The 7 Chakras are the 7 candles, the oil is the Chrism, and you must remain chastened for a good time in order to generate this sacred secretion. The radiance you see in depictions of saints is the radiance of that oil within the crown. It is showing you what they attained spiritually as well as physically. Master over the human form and complete servitude to the will of Christ.

I think he's trying to say the two witnesses are John and Paul. But, scripture tells us the two witnesses (olive trees) are one man of Jewish lineage and one man who is a Gentile but both now believers in Jesus. Romans 11:24 KJV "For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?"

The two witnesses were Enoch and Elijah. Read the book of The Gospel of Nicodemus found in the Hall of Pontius Pilate.. It's a very good book and states very clearly that Enoch and Elijah were the two witnesses

@@matthewpohlman Not really clear on what you are saying by "tribes?" Non Jews are Gentiles. "their own olive tree" is the Jewish heritage / religion. So, the two olive trees in Revelation 11 would be a messianic Jewish man (believer) and a Gentile believer in Jesus.

In the ancient world, Nero stood out for his heathenism, violence and wicked ways. Nero was a matricide who proclaimed his divinity as the "Savior and Benefactor of the World". He was the first emperor to persecute Christians and out lived the saint's, as he's the one who orchestrated their deaths. The disciple Peter was crucified upside down by Nero and Paul was beheaded by him. Nero was referred to as a many headed "beast" by the 1st century Greek philosopher Apollonius of Tyana (15-100AD). He wrote; "In my travels which have been wider than ever a man had accomplished, I have seen many, many wild beasts of Arabia and India. But this beast that is commonly called a tyrant, I know not how many heads it has. nore if it be crooked of claw and armed with horrible fangs. And of wild beasts you can not say that they were ever known to eat their own mother, but Nero has gorged himself on this diet. " Juvenal the Roman satirist wrote about Nero's "bloody tyranny". Pliny the elder recorded that he was "the destroyer of the human race" and "the poison of the world". Tacitus wrote about his cruel nature as well. Nero murdered several of his own family members including his mother. He castrated and married a young boy. Murdered his own pregnant wife by kicking her to death. He even devised a game where he would wear the skins of a wild animal, be let lose from a cage and brutally attack the genitals of men and woman prisoners while they were bound to stakes. He rose to power at the age of 17 and died by suicide by the time he was 31 years old in 68AD. Had John specifically named Nero directly in the writings of Revelation, he and anyone else who "blasphemed" openly against Nero, would have been made an example of by being tortured and then killed. Instead John phrased the warning as such; "Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six." Neros name, Neron Kaiser in the Hebrew alphabet is "נרון קסר" or "NRON QSR". Interpreted numerically through Gematria it represents the following numbers; N=50, R=200, O=6, N=50, Q=100, S=60, R=200, which adds up to 666. Nero had an imperial court in which he required people to worship him and sacrifice to him or at least on his behalf. Those that followed the order were rewarded with a mark that gave them the ability to use currency with his image and name on it. Nero was one of the first to revive the practice of putting his own image on the currency of the day. Since Nero in Gematria = 666, people literally could not buy or sell unless they traded with currency that had the mark of the beast in their hand. Taking the Mark in order to buy or sell is documented as historical fact in regards to Roman life. The Greek term χάραγμα (charagma, "mark" in Revelation 13:16) was most commonly used for imprints on documents or coins. Charagma is well attested to have been an imperial seal of the Roman Empire used on official documents. Those who did not possess the certificate of sacrifice (libellus) to Caesar could not pursue trades, a prohibition that matches up perfectly with Revelation 13:17. "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name" Joseph Plescia says persecution was caused by an ideological conflict. Caesar was seen as divine. Christians could accept only one divinity, and it wasn't Caesar.  Cairns describes the ideological conflict as: "The exclusive sovereignty of Christ clashed with Caesar's claims to his own exclusive sovereignty" This made them guilty of treason - a charge based on their refusal to worship the divinity of the Roman emperor. Roman governors were given direct edicts from the emperor. Christian churches and texts were to be destroyed, meeting for Christian worship was forbidden, and those Christians who refused to recant lost their legal rights. It was ordered that Christian clergy be arrested and that all inhabitants of the empire sacrifice to the gods. Given the lack of guidance and distance of imperial supervision, the outcomes of the trials of Christians varied widely. Many followed Pliny's formula: they asked if the accused individuals were Christians, gave those who answered in the affirmative a chance to recant, and offered those who denied or recanted a chance to prove their sincerity by making a sacrifice to the Roman gods and swearing by the emperor's genius. Those who persisted were executed. Another interesting fact is that multiple Roman emperors claimed to be the god Apollo. Even after their deaths, the beast they claimed to be returned to reign again. These three wicked emperors all had their reigns carried out during Johns lifetime. Caligula, Nero and Domitian. Rev 9:11 "And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon."

It was about 40 years after Jesus went up into the clouds and when He returned. So, they would be pretty old. And remember . . . erase what you've been "told." Read your Bible as if it's the first time you've read it. Pray for understanding. Everything we've been told are lies. History books are fiction. You have to keep the Ten. If you keep those, particularly the first four, you'll keep all that can be kept. The Land, Temple and Priesthood commands can't currently be kept.

Yeah, spell check messed up my first post. It is appointed for all men to die. Enoch and elijah are the two witnesses from multiple texts. Even the pharisees knew this. Jesus said that John the baptist came in the spirit of elijah. Elijah experienced death finally by herods daughter in law. So where was Enoch?....maybe the angel Metatron, who taught moses everything is the same son of man? 🤷‍♂️
