There are alliance league points you can get. The quests in AL are all mid-to late game though. You need 160 of these to complete a quest. Still probably worth just to use them.

I like defense better than HP. Defense at least reduces damage from every hit, and HP just gets dropped off in 1 hit. Ace survivors are pay only

Defense is great but there are alot of options to increase your def stats, there are very few to earn HP stats so anyplace you can is more valuable overall
