no way ! I often pass by there. I usually stay in seoul palace Sheraton, just across the road during my business trips in seoul. I sometimes do jogging in the sport complex but never saw any riders. do you often ride there ?

맞아요! 처음 뒤돌아서 하는 스텝을 하려면 멘붕이 오죠! 뒤로 가는 감을 먼저 익혀야해요. 그냥 뒤돈 상태로 나아가는걸 몸에 익히고 그상태로 카빙을 넣어보기도 하고. 처음 뒤돌아서 스텝할때는 카빙 없이 연습하다가 서서히 사이드를 밟아가며 카빙을 넣어보시구요! 중요한건 뒤돌았을 땐 상체를 뒤로 살짝 눕힌다는 느낌으로 중심을 잡으셔야해요(=주행방향쪽으로 눕힌다) 발을 보려고 바닥을 보면 넘어져요
