Great reading, as usual. I was watching this Netflix series of a guy in the FBI wrongly accused, trying to protect this woman who has hacking abilities. In this television series, there are these hired assassins; and watching the guy catch up to them, and how violent he was... it brought my own lifetime, and probably lifetimes of rage to the fore. This is the darkness that I hardly ever let show. It's in us all; but some have more access to it. I like to imagine myself in various situations and then come up with ways to brutally take down those who express a severe degree of evil. I think I was born, partly, to see so much ugliness in the world, so that I could address it as I grow stronger. Those who deal in the language of violence, must be spoken to MOST OF THE TIME, in that same manner. And those who cannot tap into that primal rage, or that cold, cutting off of empathy... become victims way too often, or this inhibits our ability to protect the ones we need to protect. This is part of why I studied Massage Therapy... so that not only could I heal; but I could use the knowledge of the body as a series of mega levers for doing the kind of damage that might need to be done when extreme violence becomes the only option. Most of the time this can be artfully negated for the most part, through both situational awareness and emotional intelligence. But when that violence is truly called for, for instance, some body parts, when they come together via joints, can be targeted much more effectively. The body has a framework of bones which all else attaches to. The arm is connected to the central column by way of the clavicle or collar bone and the scapula, bone wise. It takes about 4 lbs. of impact to break the collar bone. Whereas it takes much more to damage the arm. Therefore, if facing someone with a knife, and you are skilled - Rather than attacking the arm, you might simply detain it while launching an explosive amount of force to the collar bone, separating the connection between the clavicle and shoulder which have large and small muscles that coordinate entire arm movement. The collar bone breaks and the arm becomes no longer functional on that side, just lying limp at their side. There are rare cases when people can still fight back relatively well; but they must be seasoned fighters to have any chance in a fight with such a disadvantage mechanically and pain wise. This attack not only destroys the body; but also works to conquer their mind psychologically. And the greater the seeming disparity between their level of power or authority and yours, and the speed at which that comes crashing down on their part... the more total becomes your control over their mind which directs not only their WILL but their BELIEF to win. It's not only this KNOWLEDGE, but SKILL and the WILL to use those, that can make a person extremely dangerous. What makes them even more dangerous is when they hide the fact that they have all 3 of those attributes. Meaning, you don't advertise, as most do, what skill level you are at, all the knowledge that you have, or the lengths you are willing to go to meet your goal. For most people... they have a civilized part of the brain that RESTRAINS them from using their full capacity; and therefore, when faced with a person or a beast that is not nearly under that amount of subconscious and conscious restraint... the one who is able to tap into much more of their primal nature, WILL win. Those who are truly dangerous know to keep that side of themselves well guarded, and appear to be much softer or less aware and less powerfully seeming. This, in itself, is a skill. I only think of myself as dangerous when pushed to a certain limit. However... it takes a great deal of intelligence and effort to be able to actually push me to that limit; so that danger is often not expressed in its full force. Nor am I eager to go there. In the military, they made sure to keep us frustrated and angry with different tasks or pressures, so that we would KEEP OUR EDGE when going on the battlefield. There is probably a part of me that would relish hurting another, as long as I feel they are truly evil and will KEEP ON USING EVIL DEVICES TO HARM THOSE WHO DON'T DESERVE IT (UNLESS STOPPED). And that part of me is not only JUST OR RIGHTEOUS, but probably EVIL, as well. It is that DRAGON energy, where one simply acts as ruthlessly efficient and effective as possible in each moment. However, this is at odds with a heart that is almost bursting with compassion and a mind full of understanding. To become the Alchemist, I had to learn to reconcile these two seeming opposites. The RAW or UNFILTERED ARCHETYPES are 5: CREATOR, VOID, NEUTRAL, YANG, and YIN. Each of these has a very specific essence and when mixed in the proper proportions... miracles can arise. Or total destruction can be wrought upon one's enemies. I try not to have enemies; but my soul energy expresses a certain high degree of intensity that radiates and even shocks and magnetizes either towards, or repels those who get too close for comfort. Thus, I take great measures to bring a sense of great equanimity into my thoughts and emotions, so that I am not RULED by that INTENSITY; not mastered by it, but use it to SERVE ME and those I love and want to support, and/or protect.
