thx for posting this video - got one recently and it didn’t come with the paper instructions - #194 of 3,000 reporting for duty! I rode the original and its updates throughout the years plenty - I do like that C3PO is now the pilot, sorry Rex!

I’ve never been to Star Tours. But it looks like it would have been awesome. This is such an awesome set but it’s a lot of money and takes up a good amount of space and I’ve never been on the ride. It’s so awesome though!

I agree they really knocked this one out of the park. Oh wait, that works on so many levels! It's mind-blowing how detailed and feature packed this is - the carded and loose Rex is just the cherry on the cake. I felt like the cantina in particular was one that Hasbro should have been offering both loose and carded figures.

What a unique toy, that really grabs a time period where there wasn't a whole heck of a lot of Star Wars going on. That's one of the things that made ST so cool. Way to go, guys.🎉🎊👍🏼

Yes, Star Tours in 1990 and 1993 when I went was the best place to find Star Wars merch for sure- like you said not much else going on at all.

I found it super irritating that they locked this wonderful toy behind a limited run. I was online extra early to buy this toy and still no luck. Limited runs and exclusives just feel like scalper fuel. Oh well, it teaches me the virtue of letting go and keeping $300 in my pocket :) Congrats to those of you who got one, it's a beauty!

So this is something they have said will not be reissued over and over again?

They said it was limited to 3000 units, I think if they reissue it, it won’t have the video features. It’s hard to say…I’m hoping that the fact they let down thousands of fans will sink in and they’ll change their minds- or the fact that they’re missing out on money from thousands of fans will do the trick.
