Go watch that comedy KZbin video where they do the math, base Steve is busted. And we haven't seen their full potential, even Max armor max Beacon steve. Arkham Batman can knock out Killer Croc with punches, and because they stain no bodily damage due to overexertion of muscles - and with no medical attention despite the explosions, guns, and blades. That's not even full power Batman arkham, his Anatomy would tear himself apart if it was. He would either break apart his own bones, or tear the muscles off from those bones assuming the muscles don't get torn apart first or it's not a combination of any of those three. Which means full power are combat man, can do far more than just punch out Killer Croc, and let's not forget all the blades, bullets, explosives, and blunt force impacts that they deal with every night. Batman's body would probably either a effectively have a nerf, that possibly Stacks due to human healing, now recover from all that nightly activity that includes beating up armed gunman with bulletproof vests and assault rifles with his bare hands- and stuff like that. And venom snake can with no silver powers, just tank assault rifle rounds - not too many, but it's Cod and they are fine to keep charging. Also they can relocate their own bones, like on command, in a battlefield, that's not normal activity. Also Kirby canonically defeated an Eldritch Abomination / horror over a piece of cake, not a whole cake - a slice of cake.
