Who can Draft a lineup with the most Receiving Touchdowns? (NFC Edition)

Drafts Is love to see: 1. Receiving TDs by RBs 2. Most Receiving TDs by WR2s. They don't count if they had the most Receiving TDs for the year for the team. I'd love them to see them walk that tightrope. 3. Pick the position (WR/RB) but play golf. LOWEST TDs wins, but they have to have at least one TD on the year to qualify as an answer.

MLB lineup drafts are three of the smartest baseball knowers trying to get obscure players and years and usually succeeding. NFL lineup drafts are one guy knowing a ton and trying to get years, one guy giving up halfway through cause of a bad pick, and one guy who should probably be doing Bachelorette fantasy drafts instead.
