As someone who eats carton egg whites every morning for breakfast, they are honestly better if you scramble them with a microwave. Heat one and a half minutes, pull and scramble with a fork. Heat for 30 more seconds, scramble, heat, and repeat until they’re no longer runny. But, they do make your kitchen smell like sulfur, so be warned!
