Hi, The same situation occurred to me. If your current employer doens't accept a buyout, yoy might as well try to pay your settlement amount for your employer or pay a total sum of your salary during your notice period. Most of the companies must accept this proposal. However, you shall have to talk to your superiors regarding this issue and you must be able to convince them on behalf of the company. So maintain good realation with your superiors. Good luck!

Very good video,I am java developer, when i see java related video s,I will prepare notes and in each project, v can learn some new things,i will prepare notes for this ,use of preparing notes is we might forget concepts which we learn after 1 month then by referring this notes,we can recollect everything in less span of time,notes means text file and I will save this files into google drive
