Ness feels plausible, though might require a bit of luck like the Training Stage Jump. Sonic could have easily cleared it, if only you designed the stage better. Only thing holding him back is that he can't physically reach the target to carry him upwards. Bowser Jr... feels doable, maybe with a better attempt. Don't know. Bayonetta, technically her final smash is inapplicable to most challenges you can come up with. The whole point is you beat up the enemy until the gauge is filled, either getting them close to the blast zone to be launched or straight up devouring them. She can easily use an up tilt into Witch Twist leading into the Gomorrah summon, but at that point you're stretching the limits of the challenge.
