When you go to the bank and ask for a loan to buy a house, a car, establish a business, the first thing they need to know is can you afford to pay back the loan? Using the fractional reserve system of lending, banks can give you digital money, numbers typed in on a computer terminal, that they actually do not have in reality in their 'safe'. They lend you money that does not exist. It only exists when it becomes a debt that you have to pay back with REAL money which is EARNED by YOUR LABOUR. Fake money becomes real money at the precise moment you agree to take on a debt by signing an agreement. An I Owe U. Your agreement to pay back the loan of fake money is backed up by a legal system devised by crooked lawyers. You know the type, the ones that Jesus called 'snakes'. By signing an agreement to pay for fake money you are in fact handing over the value of your life and labour to CROOKS.
@kaasis854 жыл бұрын
I hate to say this but common sense says that there must be an institution or a central bank of some kind that issues money that people can buy all the goods and services with. There is no separate fake and real money. Money is just an easy exchange mechanism that allows you to trade your labour for your house. By itself it's worth nothing. You still have to work - provide value in order for money to be worth something. If you worked twice as hard, the federal reserve has to create twice as much money in order for other people to buy what you produce. They can also destroy money when the economy contracts and there is too much money in circulation. Basically their job is to match the money supply to what the economy produces but because it is run by people and people are fallible and corrupt, but not always, bad stuff happens.
@kaasis854 жыл бұрын
@ Money must come from somewhere. It's their job to create it.

@ I mean I have to say this, but everything is objectively worth nothing, from the shiniest of white golds to the nastiest of shits. The Fed is not evil, it is just there to make sure that, if you want your money it is there. And yes, they make mistakes (they are humans after all) and they can't prepare for every eventuality, but again, that doesn't make them diabolical.
@Rickwmc4 жыл бұрын
Millions of Americans bought a house just this way in the 1980's and 1990's but couldn't afford to pay it back because they lost their jobs, got jobs that paid subsistence wages, saw real wages stagnate for 50 years, got reduced from full-time to part-time, were forced to work for temp agencies whose work assignments have all but dried up, resorted to both spouses and all their teenage kids working at jobs and were still unable to meet all family monthly bills.
@kaasis854 жыл бұрын
@Chait Singh Every central bank does that. In every country. It has to create money otherwise you can't exchange your labour for goods and services. The bills they print is just a mechanism that enables you to do that. They are not entitled to that money. You still have to produce something with your labour in order for money to be worth something. Yes, technically central banks create money out of thin air but it's backed by the economy and it's their job to issue new money. So many people perpetuate conspiracy nonsense without a basic understanding what a central bank is and what it does.

Taxes are generally a matter for governments, not the central bank. There is a potential conflict between the roles of two, and that's why countries like the UK have separated the central bank from the government. The UK's central bank is intended to be independent of the government and with specific responsibilities, especially with respect to managing inflation. Take the UKs monetary policy committee (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monetary_Policy_Committee) or MPC. The MPC consists of a bunch of 'knowledgeable' people from different backgrounds, and they try to decide how to set interest rates to best regulate the economy. I suggest you read up on their backgrounds to get a feel for how these people are. The minutes of their meetings are openly published. They are trying to do the best for the economy, to keep people in jobs and maximise growth. You can see this as a conspiracy to defraud the poor if you want, but I suggest delving a bit deeper into the ideas of economics first to understand why were are where we are. I'd argue that most economic damage is inflect by governments, driven by a desire to get voters on side in the short term order to win the next election, rather than central banks. If you are from the US, you should be worrying about the government's horrendous ongoing annual deficit (the amount the government spends over and above what it raises from taxes). It will come home to roost for sure, one day. It has been possible for a bunch of complicated reasons, like the US dollar's position as the world's reserve currency, and the willingness of cash-rich China to buy government bonds. Google that for a bit, or just read: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_debt_of_the_United_States. That's not the fault of the central bank, that's the government and it's budget-setting. Modern economics sucks for sure. But no one has come up with a better system. The idea that you are better without something because it has flaws is not necessarily the case.

To Hell with Fractional-Reserve ‘Debt’-Based Banking Constitutional Amendment (It is extremely important that the average citizen understand our present system of debt-based currency issuance, which most people, unfortunately, do NOT understand, although it amounts to nothing more than a simple extortion racket clothed in a lot of financial mumbo jumbo: YOU (hereinafter referred to as the Serf) sign a promissory note of some kind, a mortgage, a business 'loan', or you swipe a credit card or acquiesce to some other credit instrument to THEM (hereinafter referred to as the Neofeudal Lords); they then create the money out of nothing ("ex nihilo"), and you pay it back over a lifetime with blood, sweat, labor, creativity, and tears; (here comes the truly diabolical part) then, they EXTINGUISH the principal portion hidden in every single one of your 'loan' payments while skimming off the interest portion to keep and play with (hey, they gotta pay for those mansions in the Hamptons somehow); this extinguishment of principal reduces the money supply and thus compels the population as a whole to take out more 'loans' from them in order to keep a requisite quantity of currency in circulation for advancing business and trade. Let me simplify it even further: You are a Serf on a tread mill of eternal bogus debt to Neofeudal Lords. The more ‘debt’, the greater the quantity of currency in circulation (there is no other way to create it under the present system), the less the purchasing power of the dollar, the higher the consumer price index (most importantly, the higher the costs of production), the more our manufacturing capacity is gutted by outsourcing, the harder you must work to maintain a standard of living. If we can spend mystifying trillions of dollar on a worthless war on terror---which, surprise-surprise, only creates more terror---we can afford to do something different and beneficial for American citizens! We can afford to allocate our productivity in ways that benefit us all, not just the 0.1% in the financier class.) The amendment proper: (1) Rescind the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and replace existing Federal Reserve notes and check book balances in all U.S. banking and credit-creating institutions on a 1-to-1 basis with U.S. Treasury-issued dollars and U.S. Treasury-denominated bank balances. Bankers are prohibited from creating credits to themselves in anticipation of the date of passage of this amendment, and any strategies employed by them involving ex nihilo credit creation specifically to take advantage of the transition to U.S. Treasury-issued dollars or U.S Treasury-denominated bank balances will be considered treason to the American people and punished accordingly. (2) The principal portion of installment payments on presently existing financial loan contracts that originated via credit creation by institutions in the Federal Reserve system are not to be extinguished from the money supply, as is heretofore the case, but are to be distributed annually to existing individual U.S. citizens holding accounts in these respective Federal Reserve institutions, in amounts proportional to the product of the minimum daily account balance for the preceding year and the number of days the account was active. Interest payments continue to redound to the parties which hold the promissory notes of existing financial contracts. (3) Henceforward, credit creation by banking and financial institutions in the United States is prohibited. Loans are required to originate from previous savings of U.S. Treasury dollar notes and U.S. Treasury-denominated bank balances which are to be held in specific sequestered accounts designated solely for lending by the various financial institutions, with interest charges to be determined by the contracting parties. Deposits in the form of checkable accounts or savings accounts are kept separate and are redeemable on demand. Any existing financial contracts involving the transfer of earnings or savings into various funds, trusts, pensions, and retirement accounts and whose payments do not originate via credit creation remain fully in effect. All holdings of United States Treasury bonds existing at the time of passage of this amendment qualify as valid debts of the U.S. government. (4) Fund the U.S. government directly via Treasury-issued currency authorized by the Congress in its yearly federal budget. The borrowing of money from banking institutions to pay for federal government expenditures, including the issuance of Treasury Notes and Bonds to the Federal Reserve system of banks, financial institutions, or individuals, is prohibited. (5) Abolish the Federal Income Tax on individuals, corporations, and business enterprises and institute a federal sales tax with a varying yearly tax rate adjusted by the U.S. Congress in session, the sole aim of such adjustments being to maintain a stable or decreasing Consumer Price Index based on data collected by the Federal Government. Any such sales taxes taken in by the Federal Government are extinguished from the currency supply to keep the Consumer Price Index stable or decreasing and are not utilized for further funding. The Sixteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is hereby voided. (6) The adoption of this amendment does not prohibit the use by the citizens of the United States of any alternative currencies they should choose to use in their private or commercial transactions.

Love the Ford quote in beginning. Ford & Edison tried to warn about the bankers. “People who will not turn a shovelful of dirt nor contribute a pound of material will collect more money from the United States than will the people who supply the material and do the work. That is the terrible thing about interest. In all our great bond issues the interest is always greater than the principal. All of the great public works cost more than twice the actual cost. If our nation can issue a dollar bond, it can issue a dollar bill. The element that makes the bond good makes the bill good.Why then cannot the people have the benefit of their own gilt-edged credit by receiving non-interest bearing currency instead of the bankers receiving the benefit of the people’s credit in interest-bearing bonds?” Thomas Edison- Dec 6th, 1921 New York Times

I love this stuff, everything you said was told to me by my mentor when I was 16 and wanted to get into stock trading and investing. He said "kid before you get into the markets you gotta know its rigged against you." He gave me a link to MoneyMasters documentary which this video stole some of its content from, and it sounds conspiratorial but you take a step back and think "oh my god it all makes sense". Like my mentor before me, I was labeled kinda crazy for saying these things once I got into business school. But that is just because the central bankers have effectively brain washed us to think otherwise or make it too difficult to do your own due diligence. I think we need to be aware of the rigged system and play by its rules and use them to our advantage. But the only way to do that is to learn from the sucess and mistakes of the past. So thanks for making a 23min version of the 3.5 hour documentary and updating it with more modern examples.

When you read articles about financial freedom, you may hear people drone on and on about how they are spending practically nothing so they can retire at a younger age, like 30. Conversely, they may have already achieved financial freedom and are bragging about how frugal they were so they could retire well before the typical retirement age.
@NarinEmre-dc5up Жыл бұрын
In fact, many people who are reading this likely are not saving not to talk about investing enough to maintain their current standard of living during their golden years, if they retired at the age of 70. It pains me to report that about 21% of people have zero, zilch, nada saved for retirement, you can never be worried retiring at any age if you have an ongoing investment.

Planning for retirement, or even financial freedom, is a marathon and not a sprint, as the saying goes. Breaking up your financial independence goals into small chunks can help keep you on track while making the process a bit more manageable and, hopefully, a little less stressful. "The Truth Will Set You Free, But First It Will Piss You Off! " - Gloria Steinem I was well into my forties when I first learned how money is created. At first, I could not believe it. I felt somehow betrayed by the system. I was so disappointed. All the added acrobatics of creating credit and controlling interest rates and then having the system collapse in a depression just so the cycle can be repeated is a clever way that a few elite individuals (members of a "special and privileged club”) have figured out how to take advantage of other people’s labor, productivity, skills and ideas. It causes so much unnecessary human suffering and pain. Once the idea of money was developed by humans, the idea of lending money for a fee quickly followed and following that idea, the idea of just creating money out of nothing (printing paper or entering digits on a balance sheet or in a computer) and lending the money that was created is what an elite class of people managed to convince the rest of us is a legitimate way to do business. It is basically a clever trick to counterfeit money used by an elite class of people that developed the system mainly the bankers and the elite . It may be a kindlier gentler master slave relationship but the borrower is always a slave to the lender.

Then don't be a borrower. It is still optional, at least at a personal level. Unfortunately, I alone can't keep the politicians from buying votes and paying for it with fiat money that will take us all down.
@Danny_6Handford4 жыл бұрын
@@jdierks2539 I think it’s about trying to educate and to tell the truth about how banks and governments create money and how the financial system works instead of all the “smoke and mirrors” and ColdFusion produced an excellent KZbin video to try and do this. To me the most stunning realization was that modern money is created by issuing loans (creating debt). The idea that money is created by issuing loans (creating debt) never occurred to me and did not realize that most money is created this way including most of the money government spends. I actually though that when a bank loaned money, it loaned out the money it had on deposit from all of its customers. I did not realize that when a bank loans money it just creates it by entering the loan amount into its books or computers and that the actual customer deposits remain at the bank and are only used to limit the amount of money the bank can create by lending. I learned that typically $100 dollars can be created for a loan for every $10 dollars the bank has on deposit but depending on the current banking rules can be more than $100 for every $10 dollars on deposit. When I learned that money is created from debt, It changed the way I managed my business, my family and my life. I am now working to make sure that I am not left holding a bag of money that is not worth anything. Since governments are the biggest borrowers and government debt always increases with no incentive to pay back the debt, the system is basically a sophisticated Ponzi scheme. The only chance this type of system has of working is if the economy is continuously growing. If the economy is not continuously growing, history has proven that this type of money will always hyper inflate and devalue to zero. The idea and thinking that the economy always has to grow for humans to progress and to be successful may be a problem. Presently, if the economy is not growing, it is considered a failure. This type of thinking cannot go on uninterrupted on a finite planet with finite resources. There needs to be flexibility in the system for the economy to expand and contract and for a contraction to be considered normal and not a problem. For this type of thinking to work, there needs to be some new economic models developed along with some new types of money and financial systems based on economic sustainability not on economic growth.
@Danny_6Handford4 жыл бұрын
@Chait Singh I realize it’s a scam. Crime and corruption has always been an issue in government institutions and in private corporations including the private banking and financial institutions not just in America but throughout the world. People first have to understand how the system is rigged before they can have any chance of fixing it and the more information that is available to make people aware of how the system is rigged the better chance we will have of fixing it. Unfortunately world governments are mostly controlled by big business and the corporate leaders. This is what makes up the members of the special privileged club of elites known as oligarchs . There are always interesting conspiracy theories floating around and there may be some truth to some of them but I do not think you can point the finger at any one ethnic group or family. Private commercial banks including the Federal Reserve should not be allowed to profit by being allowed to create the nation’s money by lending it governments. It has often been said that government should not be in the banking business but in reality, the banks should not be in the government’s business. A real government controlled by the people should not be allowed to borrow money from private commercial banks and the government should be the only authority allowed to create the nation’s money and as a result there will be no national debt that has to be paid back with interest to the private commercial banks. Government should be the only authority to control the growth or contraction of the economy by controlling the quantity of money that it creates and the decisions should be based on what the best interest of all the nation’s citizens are not just the best interest of a special elite club of oligarchs. Also, private commercial banks should only be allowed to lend money to businesses that they have on deposit not create it when they give out a loan. If banks don’t have enough money to loan to businesses, then the government can create the money to loan to businesses and the businesses can pay back the money with interest to the government. With this type of system, personal and business taxes can be kept to a minimum.

“Everywhere a central bank went there would be wealth inequality, wild swings between economic booms and busts and after each bust, those at the top mysteriously came out richer while everyone else got poorer.” This is what’s happening right now with Covid-19. All these moratoriums on rents and mortgages and business taxes, etc is just driving everybody deeper into debt. The best part, whether we like it or not, we have no choice because we are incapable of working at all or at full capacity. Meanwhile, all the economies around the world are suffering worse than ever before and some nations’ dollars will never be able to recover. At the same time, the U.S. government has taken on 2.2 trillion more in debt and may take on another half a trillion or more before this is all “over.” Ladies and gentlemen, it’s a very good chance that we are witnessing the fall of everything right now.

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. Revelation 13:16-18 KJV If you open up the Bible, you will realise that this world domination is to prepare the way for the antichrist who is basically Satan incarnate. In the end times, it's the Antichrist that will be given all power with a one world government and a one world cashless financial system. That's their end game. Look at the dollar bill. Why is there an eye on a pyramid saying "annuit coeotis novus ordo seclorum", which translates to "announcing the birth of the New World Order"? Because this eye and pyramid is an occult symbol which represents Lucifer and it's his plan to create this new global system. The Devil is refered to as many things in the Bible, one of the most well known refered by Christ is "a liar, and the father of it", and it's him that "deceiveth the whole world" . That's why this information isn't taught, so few people really understand how this world works, and the masses are simply brainwashed to simply obey the system. He has complete power to set out world domination and there is little you can do with your own power. But thankfully, all this will be cut short because Jesus Christ will return, take His people, pour out His wrath on the world and wage war against the Antichrist and overthrow this system, destroy the old world and create the new heavens and new earth where He shall reign with peace and righteousness. Jesus came first time to pay for the for the sins of the world by His death on the cross and ressurection, so that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. He will return a second time, not to forgive, but to rule and judge, and anyone without their sins forgiven will be judged and sent to the lake of fire under God's wrath. Understanding the global climate, this prophesy is becoming more and more of a reality, with digital and contactless pay on the rise, and time is running short.

🌎 As long as people continue to see themselves as separate from everything else, they lend themselves to being completely enslaved. We can not separate anything from everything. Success depends on how well we relate to everything around us. Joy comes from that bliss of connectedness. I believe that unarmed truth and love will have the final word in reality. To love; you should have good heart. I am a good person until I see a person better than my standard of goodness. Being good is the progress towards a worthy cause. Love is God. Whoever lives in love, lives forever. How selfish it is to try to keep something forever? Love is all about nourishing, nurturing, sharing and expanding the love within you for all. The principle to which we adhere to is that we have kindness of love at heart for the whole of mankind. As long as there is the unnecessary differences within us; we can not live peacefully so we have to eliminate all the unnecessary differences among us so we can love all. People abilities may vary but not there true love. If we love a person/ God for a reason then we love the reason but not the person. No reason is the reason to love the person because true love never fails. So do not compare or measure the true love as first or the last but love all truly. If you love people truly then you can understand people. If you don't love then you don't understand people at all. People are controlled by system why? The Cyclical Consumption is the current economy all over the World. It is making the scarcity problems of the earth finite resources to deteriorate day by day. Current Monetary System is legalised theft. Real money is Gold and Silver. Scarcity gives the money more value. Real money won't lose it's value. When Governments stay away from Gold & Silver then very easy to transfer the wealth / resources to upper class the Rich (Corporatocracy) Elite. When the Governments are printing out more new fiat currency with reserve banks, our old currency is losing its purchasing power everyday. They are printing millions of currency everyday. All governments and laws are existing right now to transfer wealth to upper class the rich elite. The USA Government & other Governments are in many countries, bailed the investment banks & financial institutions in 2008 against the majority of the people. There is no democracy in any countries. Because of the Money System based on profits motive only above all else even humans lives and well-being. So, we do not have freedom to protect our values with the money so on. The violence, bankruptcy & all the negativities are build into the Monetary System of our society. All are owned (including ourselves) by Reserve Bank. Which is private cartel the corporation. So, in legal system, we are legally considered as chattel the properties. They make money in the capital markets with our birth certificates. They do not consider us as Humans. That's the truth. We are in the invisible war with the Elites (Corporatocracies). We have to fight for our Freedom. Resource Based Economy is the Solution. We have to declare the earth resources as the heritage of all the people of this world. So everyone has access to it. Please have your research about zeitgeist movement then you know the truth more. Truth About Health/Drugs Industry Because Of It Your Life At High Risk. The drug industry is a 1/2 trillion dollars a year worldwide conglomerate. Almost 300 billions dollars just in North America. That is really big business. What would happen if everyone were well? There is no money in health. You see, good health makes a lot of sense but it doesn't make a lot of dollars. Because everything they do is toxic. Every drug they use, prescription drugs, all drugs are liver toxic, bar none. If you've had amalgam fillings put in your mouth by dentists. It is highly toxic. There's cancer because most of the chemos are themselves carcinogens. To view the tumor as the cancer and we know the tumor is not the cancer. The cancer industry is 200 billions dollars a year. The more work they get, the more profit there is. You have to dismantle; If the truth ever came out about what we would need to do. 30% of people of females in America are at risk of getting, will get cancer of the breast. The ones that are already dead have been grossly mistreated by the medical profession and by the government that supposedly is supposed to encourage free research and development of all possibilities. Why would medical doctors who studied medicine and practice medicine and are heavily funded by pharmaceutical companies why would they go and look into vitamins? That they never had the answer orthomolecular. And as more and more of our population start taking their health into their own hands, there's going to be even more and more of changes. It can't go on the way it is. The system is failing apart. We must make nutrition the primary prevention strategy for the population. You are what you eat. You are everything that you have ever done to yourself. The choices you make directly affect the outcome of your life. - (Food Matters Documentary in Netflix)

People don't look into this kind of stuff because you're branded a "conspiracy theorist" when you do. Lol.
@97345227 жыл бұрын
It's the way you sell it. This Coldfusion video seems more like a conspiracy because it's presented the "you won't believe this" or "most people don't know this" way. This is supported by the history of the FED, which was created by only few. He misses most positive aspects about central banks and their sovereignity from the government. Also these are well know facts for a lot of people and not held in secret. I learned all about the central bank system in school for example.

Who made up the term conspiracy theorist? It was actually the CIA for a disinformation campaign. Just like "fake news" is being pushed now.

Its true. Part of me thinks its a defense mechanism for people who are so hooked on the system they just dont want to think the world is more complex then their 9-5 run of the mill little world they live in. It's that old maxim... Ignorance is bliss. Its unfortunate but true. I fear there's too much ignorance to save us, but I remain hopeful. Kudos to ColdFusion and for trying to enlighten some people.

Falcon3 I agree with you. But let's look at it the other way, I'll ask you a question. What benefit would changing te system give us? I find it a question which is rather hard to answer
@medraut65997 жыл бұрын
Falcon3 The world is more complex than most people now, but just because it is complex it doesn't mean that they are out to enslave us or run by a secret cabal, or something like that. The system has its imperfections, but its worked for years and it is set up like that for a reason. Someone once said something to that went a little like this: If you see a fence in the middle of nowhere that seems to be of no use what should you do, tear it down or leave it alone? Well if you are going to tear it down you better make damn sure you know why it was put up in the 1st place, and the purpose that it originally served. Besides the creator doesn't seem to grasp how banks create money, banks do create money when they make loans, but it doesn't come out of thin air. It works like this i need $90 for something and the bank has 100 dollars in deposits with 10% reserve requirement, they are allowed to loan up to $90 so i take the $90 that they loan out and go spend it on something and that person goes and then deposits that $90 into another bank and the same process is then repeated. This is of course a very simplified version of what happens in real life. What surprises me most is that people don't know how banks work. This is something that i was taught in high school, yet here is is a video by a someone who i thought was a pretty knowledgeable, and while it does hold some facts that are based on the truth in the end it is missing a ton of stuff, and what the things that are missing are what very important, and paint a different picture.

13:58 sums it all: "Inflation is basically a tax that we all pay for the fraud of money printing."
@Nublus4 жыл бұрын
Are you fking joking??? This video pure bullshit. Stable inflation 2-3% is best thing for the economy. This forces wealth(money) to be invested in economy which in turn creates more jobs, goods, services, wealth etc. You only see deflation while on recession, because investors and whole consumer market are cutting down the spending which creates less economy growth more like decline and price drops, loss of jobs, bankruptcies etc. Is that good? Central bank is one of the most important institute to provide stable economy and help during recessions and over growth.

Inflation is a tax on printing money in cases you need to support a weakening economy otherwise inflation is a tax for a growing economy where continious exchange of activity leads to increase in demand and ao prices for the supply to keep up and ensure there is still a continious exchange
