Hikaru got beat awareness, doesnt rush any step, knows when to be fast and slow. Also her dance is sharp, clean, precise and detailed. Well balanced. Awesome body control that makes the dance looks easy and not tiring to watch. Technical point of view shes really great. Her expression was a bonus. Even though she toned down her dance here to match in group if you compare to her o.o.o individual dance, she still shined.

I think this group is going to be really impressive dance wise! The only “non dancer” here is Chaehyun and she’s still pretty decent. Their dance ranking can be kinda confusing though. I think just overall Dayeon, Youngeun and Yeseo have the best technique, especially for kpop. But Hikaru, Xiaoting, Yujin and Mashiro are all still lead dancer material.

Hikaru, Youngeun and Dayeon are gonna be the most powerful dance trio since their dancing is on the more power-based side. On the other hand, I can see Yujin, Yeseo and Xiaoting slaying some fluid and soft moves + Mashiro, Chaehyun and Bahiyyah are unique in their own ways, Kep1er is really a strong and versatile dance group!

The members you pointed out for the parts they did best were actually the parts where I noticed them the most too! I feel like Yeseo and Yujin were the biggest standouts for me this time around. Their movements were so clean with perfect amount of energy. Yujin is very precise and intentional with them while Yeseo is, as you described, more bouncy - and I love that so much! The choreography fits them very well. I also really like Bahiyyih's dance style! It's very smooth but she does a great job with isolations at the same time. Her elegant arm movements are my favorite thing about her. And lastly, I just want to appreciate Youngeun and Dayeon for how much they pay attention to all the little details of the choreography. As long as they keep this up and keep on growing and improving, they'll be a fantastic group with dance as one of their main strengths! 🥰 Thank you for the video! I enjoyed hearing your thoughts. I’ve noticed that Hikaru always does really great dances involving back flexibility (body rolls - vertical and horizontal, arched back dances) and isolation techniques. I always notice that Yeseo does bouncy/bright dances well with nice lines. Xiaoting is good at graceful moves/dances involving hips and Daeyeon is strong all around. Youngeun also is really light on her feet and has great footwork

As a dancer myself (not a professional tho hehe) I gotta say dayeon & hikaru really focus on the sharpness, details and the fluidity of the dance! You can see how both of them nailed both the hard core & fluid dance. Yujin, xiaoting & yeseo on the other hand focused more on the fluidity (just like itzy's chaeryeong), thus u can see that they indeed slay the dance that involves fluidity in it. Youngeun, I can see that her movement is big and indeed focusing on the details of the dance! And I could say that dayeon hikaru and youngeun probably gonna slay boygroup dances!

Base on my observation all of them have different traits lyk Xiaoting- always the hips she really said hips don't lie Bahiyyih- very very elegant movements I swear. And it compliments her body structure too Yeseo- always energetic and gives her all in every performance. I love the way that she do it. Even though she's energetic, it doesn't look like she overdid it. Yujin- the person who makes the choreo looks easy fr. Maybe bc she has the longest experience ig Hikaru- always on point, executes movements perfectly. She's the type of dancer that doesn't make mistakes Dayeon- another person who makes the dance looks easy but she's more "bouncier" (?) than Yujin bc Yujin was more close to elegance Youngeun- i really think she's a versatile dancer. Her movements depends on what is she dancing and it's always so satisfying to watch Mashiro- her angles are accurate however, for me (pls don't attack me) she's like a pretty average dancer. But she's good! Chaehyun- she's the third in elegance (Bahiyyih, and Yujin are the first two consecutively), but I may say she's also an average dancer. These are my opinions, feel free to contradict them but be respectful. I want an open discussion not a fight lol

hikaru has the best musicality, dayeon is the best with coordination, xiaoting is the best when it comes to projecting movement and has a good sense of flow + grace, hiyyih is very consistent and have a good sense of shape + weight distribution, yujin focuses more on clarity, mashiro is the best person to watch when you want to learn the dance bc she knows how to make the dance seem simple, yeseo has the best energy control and knows when to add more or less (close second to musicality), youngeun excels in showing clear lines and angles. same with mashiro, chaehyun knows how to simplify steps so learning would be easier watching her!

As an experienced dancer (nearly 15yrs) I can say that all of them can be in the dance line. But, Hikaru standouts for me. She knows how to control her movements. She's small yet has this big, powerful and clean & detailed movements + the facial expressions is on point. Bravo!

Oh there was a freestyle dancing battle during Episode 3 (Connect Mission, timestamp 42:26) where they picked 3 of the most capable dancers from their team. Dayeon went against Xia Yan and she acknowledges that based on Dayeon's freestyle, her dancing foundation is 'firm'. Dayeon and her team won that challenge against them. I've been dancing for 9 years now and I can say that Suyeon and Dayeon gave the best freestyle there. i think that dayeon and hikaru should definitely be main dancers. youngeun is part of the dance line but im torn about "main dancer" and "lead dancer" (she's great but im not sure if they'll pick 3 main dancers). yeseo (main dancer material though, i feel like as she grows she'll get even better considering she's already so good) and xiaoting could be lead dancers. yujin is pretty good too so maybe a lead dancer? but if not, then she'll definitely still be considered in the dance line for fans.

3:39 feels like Youngeun and Xiaoting have what it takes to be the best here as Xiaoting's space is narrowed down but she still controlled her body well, even her lower body moved so well, I wish if she had had more space and stretched out her arms out like Youngeun then it would have been greater. Youngeun has the best arm movement here but if she has put her leg straighter then she would have earned this move.

Idk who is the best tho hahahahhaha. For me they have different style to dance and kill their own part but surprisingly its merge well as a group. Its great to see your point at their dance detail. My bias is Dayeon but I think Hikaru might the best because she well known perfectionist in her performance and her timing is so cheff kiss and ofcoz I'm gonna say best after Hikaru is Dayeon. Everyone is doing well and great tho its hard to say who is the best actually. Yujin clearly show us her Idol experience dance skills much because she tend look dance to it like an easy dance but like I said all of them are sooo good. This is just their dance practice and few week of team formation but they already good in synchronization together. I believe they gonna go BIG soon

I think the best dancer in Kep1er is (obviously duh xD) Hikaru. Just look at her charisma, I mean she's the tiniest in the group but her energy is exploded everytime she dances ✨✨✨ Then we have Xiaoting, she's literally like she's already debuted before joining Kep1er. Very confident and relaxed. She's mostly on the back in this performance but she draws soooo much attention ✨✨✨ For me, Dayeon is great dancer too but sometimes she's overdanced, she wants her movement to look sharp but sometimes failed... It's like she wants to "prove" something, but in general she dances playfully and energetically ✨✨✨ In conclusion, this group gonna have a really good performances in future and synchronized choreo cos everyone are good at dancing! ❤️

it's actually a really good advantage to be short when dancing as opposed to being tall because tall people have to extend their limbs further and mistakes are more noticeable this way because of the big movements. i know this struggle, i have the same body type as yujin and doing moves like these take so much stamina which compromise the consistency of your charisma. thats why i'm personally kind of jealous of hikaru lmao, as we can see she slayed and even did that bridge justice. edit: omg im sorry for the essay i didnt notice xD

My favorite is Yujin's chest bounce at 3:08. Of all, her bounce is so visible (others actually didn't do this) If you watched her Solo cam in O.O.O before.. you'd notice this clearly. and Also the wave in 3:20.. only a few (one of them is Yujin) did the wave this part and then had it only in 3:22. But all of them are really good dancers.

i think this video is pretty much similar to my thoughts! although im a dayeon bias, i agree that hikaru is the best Dancer especially her angles, she’s similar to itzy’s yeji. dayeon is the second, her style is actually very similar to hikaru including her timing and angles. from the first o.o.o fancam, i noticed that they have similar details already,, i really think they are borned to be friends. xiaoting tends to make her dance pretty since the start of the show, even her dance calls her a center material. yeseo is an underrated main Dancer material but in a strong team like this, she should be lead Dancer. yujin is an extremely detailed Dancer but nothing much special to be honest, if we need our main dancer to stand out in the kpop industry like chaeryeong, yeji, chaeyeon and chungha, she is not suitable to be the main dancer honestly ngl. she should be the lead Dancer, one of the strongest lead Dancer in the 4th gen probably. youngeun is able to keep her energy high the whole dance but tends to forget some small details so probably she is a lead dancer? she does very well but not that consistent. i think this is pretty much the dance line but to rate, I would put hikaru, then dayeon, xiaoting, yeseo, yujin, last youngeun. honestly all can be main Dancer lol but hikaru going to stand out a lot along with dayeon.
