I really loved watching this video. ✨I think in general the idea of being more present has come to my mind a lot lately. And I feel like you described it very well. The idea that who or what you wanna be is not something in the far away future that someday just happen, rather it start now and you already have this person inside of you, she just has to be aware of it. I like to think that this strong, sensitive person, a person that cares for herself as much as for others, a person that doesnˋt take anything for granted and lets herself be inspired by the little wonders of life around her is nobody outside of myself. I really loved this video and it made me think a lot. I think you put into words perfectly how I feel about being good at getting lost in my head but not actually doing. I also love the way that movement and stretching make my body feel but when it comes to making time for that I'm terrible( I think the phone addiction has a lot to do with that)
