Alright I think I got all of it... I really enjoyed the puzzle aspect but the mystery was definitely a little off in explaining things, still kinda fun to guess though The only part that really stuck out to me as making sense even though they didn't explain it fully was that the picture of Mike/Mark in Lousiana would make sense if after that Mark went home to Florida once they were eliminated (from Louisiana since it was the final leg of the race and Florida isn't exactly far if they own a travel business) . It still shows that Mike was at the bar like he says and that Mark would be able to text from home in Florida rather than be a murder accomplice. It would also make sense that if they were both off jet setting in the competition rather than home assisting their mom, why she would suddenly be critically ill the day Mark got home on the final day of the competition (rather than it being an elaborate fake set-up). The only thing that made me suspect Jessica honestly was that there wasn't any evidence other than her jog. Everyone pretty much had some extra piece of evidence except for her leaving her with less use as against her as a suspect but also leaving her only one piece of evidence to support her claim overall. The thing that I think was kinda wishy-washy in the way Jessica explained it was that I think Maud was the one being blackmailed for the prize money. I think what happened is that Jessica wrote a note to Maud in Maud's notebook. She knew Maud was sabotaging people, so by writing it directly in Maud's notebook would guarantee that only Maud would see it. If Jessica really knew that Maud was saboteur then even if she stuck to the blackmail threat of not revealing that Maud was the saboteur, then she'd still be blackmailing her for 500k to not reveal that... But Jessica would still have the upper hand in the final awarding to be able to reveal that Maud was the saboteur, eliminating her and leaving Jessica as the winner if she could ensure that Justin wouldn't arrive to accept the prize (because Mike would be eliminated for collaborating with his brother to win.) Like the blackmail note says "I can expose you or guarantee you win." which no matter what Jessica benefits the most from this kind of blackmail since she figured out what Mike and Maud were doing. Maud not wanting to have that kind of thing get out, torn the page out and possibly threw it away, or Jessica knew she'd have the upper hand if she revealed the sabotage at the awarding and had torn the page out right after writing it, maybe thinking that it'd be the easier way to get the full prize money herself, rather than blackmail. Finally this is the most "idk but i assume" of how Jessica got the taser. It was hers. Based on the way that the officer interrogates Ray and suggest that there were multiple other underwear in Justin's room even though the evidence we have doesn't say that, beyond the ones that mentioned in evidence (which the officer showed to Ray and Ray said were theirs), can suggest that the officer was making up the fact that the taser matched Justin's injuries to rile up Ray, similarly to how they kept pushing Bryce to try and reveal more about what he knew even though there was clear evidence he didn't do it or how he kept countering Mike with his own story to see if it would stumble him. Jessica closes her tab at 10:45 but doesn't see Justin go to his room till 11, leaving her time to go to her room, change into running gear likely including a taser, and set out like she's going for a run by 11:12 which is when her phone records her run starting. She'd have about 12 minutes to get changed after she sees him leave and even a minute or two to get back to her room and grab the taser since he died at 11:23. Her room being 307, she'd be able to get to the elevator (assuming the layout has the lower numbers closer to the elevators) fairly fast and if its reverse layout where the lower numbers are closer to the stairwell exits where she can't be seen on camera (as noted in the initial briefing) then she still would have easy access to get between floors. Assuming that all of the layouts and such make sense for that timeline.

*SPOILER ALERT* Don't read until after watching the video! Loved the video. The puzzle looked super fun. But... I agree that there were too many loose ends. The motive and means were kinda, um, dicey. She would have had to find a way to get the taser, AND substantiate all the cheating allegations before the finale filming... which was the next day? I get that even with all her evidence that eliminated everyone "ahead of her", with the exception of Justin... he had to also be eliminated... but the lack of taser, and no phone records... I'm not sure how anyone could have come to that solution in a reasonable logic chain. Still... quite fun! And although I offer my critique, I also admit that I could not have designed anything remotely close to this. So, still hats off to the game/puzzle creators. 😉👍

I commented above, but I think the main clue is the running app map. It shows her pace for the first 7ish miles was 4ish minutes a mile, which would be insane! But I agree the phone records would have been helpful.

And maybe it’s just me but it kinda felt like the floor map and bartender statement were just kinda irrelevant info, so you’re presented with a bunch of information to sift through that turns out didn’t matter. That’s not to say I didn’t enjoy this; I loved the ideas and composition of the puzzles! The solution just seemed a bit obscure to me.

Went on a walk, had some tea, and then started doing a puzzle. SPOILER WARNING! So from what I've understood from a bit more than a passive watch haha 😅: When you are eliminated from the competition, you get sent back home until the award ceremony. That's why Maud was flying back. She wasn't there until close to midnight, verified by the plane ticket and the bartender. Glenn and Mike were at the bar all night, as verified by the Bartender and her bar tab receipt. Mike was drinking on Glenns tab and it's Mike in the selfie taken by Glenn, because his twin Mark has a tattoo on his right arm. Bryce was at the Atlantis club all night as verified by the ATM receipt from 11: 17pm, (and lied about it) and he had told the bartender he had plans that night. That's also why he didn't hear anything, because he wasn't in his room at the time even though it's next door to Justins. Jessica said she was out running, but noone could verify her story (no-one saw her) and it can't be confirmed that she was with her phone when it was doing the lap. Ray was in the bar with Justin on their own tab, then closed that tab, went with Justin to his room, then when they came back they were both drinking on Justin's tab, making me think that Ray had left their stuff in Justins room, like, perhaps the taser? Jessica uses it and then breaks into Rays room to put it back. Mike's twin brother Mark was helping him to win the races, but their Mum got sick so Mark flew back at some point around the last race to take her to hospital. Seems like the agreement was for Mike to zoom off camera somewhere and wait, whilst his brother won the race from another, closer, starting location. Mark is the one having the argument in the photo. It's unknown what but something clearly went wrong with the plan. I didn't figure out that the Sabateur and the guy cheating were two different people, Maud and Mike respectively so I don;t know what clues point to Maud being the Sabateur other than that she had't been Sabataged yet. The only thing I can think of is the Morocco Bazaar thing where Jessica gets put in a closet in a shop for a few hours. Jessica says that the guys didin't speak English and Maud knows 12 languages. Maud also wrote the blackmail note (but lied about it), which means she lacks motive and oppertunity for offing Justin, but underhanded enough to cheat. It must have been written before Justin won and maybe thats why Mike and Mark were angry in the last race. They knew Maud would tell the production people seen as there was now no money and he'd be a disgrace. Anyway, that's my two cents haha.

This was such fun! If you read the rest of the blurbs in the solutions it explains the missing details at the end. The who deserves the 1 Million dollars ones explains better then the murder ones, actually. Also, Spoiler: I was suspicious of the twin thing, but couldn't figure out if they were the murderer or not. .

SPOILERSSS I think the main clue pointing to the killer was the yellow time stamps on the running map! If her total run was 13 miles, it shows she ran over half of it in about half an hour which is an incredibly unrealistic pace. Also, she had her own taser so it was probably just hers. Kinda confusing and misleading they specifically mentioned Ray's matching his wounds, but I wonder if a lot of tasers are essentially the same size. I love this content so much! What a fun idea for a stream!!

EDIT: The only thing I was right about was not being sure if Jessica is guilty or not bc of lack of information of her character bio to base opinions on. There were so many reasons why it wasn't her, but that was just not considering she left her phone in a vehicle while she committed the murder Very fun puzzle and game idea, hope to see more in the future! Previous comment: Just finished your reading of the suspects and my guess is on Mike Trevor for a few reasons. The first clue that sticks out is he has a twin brother, meaning he could have his twin pretend to be him to ensure he has an alibi. Second clue is he doesn't look like a very strong dude, even though Astor is pale and small af, so he's more likely to need a weapon to kill. And finally, his quote sounds like a dead give away just to the game in general As a trans person, I'd hate to suspect Ray but the fact they and Astor are basically rivals with a sponsorship on the line and them being small are good clues to consider. With how we know how TV and games work these days, the "kill your gays" (in this case a trans person losing and going to jail if they're the killer) trope is used quite often, so that's another reason I have for suspecting them (that's obviously not a plot point, but just the typical biases of a lot of game companies) Why I don't think its : Glen: She's a lawyer, I don't see her killing her ex over a measly 1 mil Maud: Not to be stereotypical here, but she's German, intelligent, and a buff woman, so she wouldn't need a taser to kill anyone, she could just drown Astor if she wanted to Who I'm not sure about: Jessica: Not enough about her to base any opinions on Bryce: Again, not really much to go on, minus the fact he's won before

I'm still thrown off about all the loose end evidence in here. Why would the one guy hide that he was a t the strip club if it's an alibi? How would the killer have gotten ahold of another person's tazer? but the biggest thing i'm stuck on is the underwear. didn't they say that bother the panties and boxers didn't belong to Astor? And the partner Ray was non-binary so either of those could have been theirs. Jessica had so little info about her it felt like a "background character to fill in another space," so I guess they thought the kidnapping gave her enough of a villain backstory? and the biggest question, why doesn't the reward go to Astor's family??

I really really love when you do crime/mystery investigation stuff like this or Scene Investigators, or Painscreak Killings etc because of your methodological approach, but I honestly really wish you wouldn't have guessed at the end but instead used your note pad or the note pages they offered etc 😔 I understand videos can get really long, but I feel like the actual deducing and analysing is the best part; that's what it's about! Definitely would love watching long videos like that and seeing you get all Sherlock-y! Great video though, really love what you're doing on this channel ☺️

I actually guessed correctly but based on faulty information.
