This has already been addressed, but for those confused: “orientation” in this context probs means “sexual orientation”. In more direct terms, Fulgur is saying that he most likely brought up his sexuality first, and once Uki realized Fulgur was mlm, that’s when Uki started flirting lol. (For those who might not know, both Uki and Fulgur are openly mlm; Uki is gay and Fulgur is bi) Edit 10/30/22 - I wasn’t aware how many people didn’t know that Fulgur is bi! 😅 For the most part, he doesn’t talk about it a ton, so I can see why, but I know he’s said it before. I’m not sure if he’s officially said it in any archived streams, but in an unarchived stream he made a joke about it; he was talking about drinking some type of alcohol (can’t remember what type) and said something along the lines of “I could drink this straight. Well, no, I could drink it bi.”
