Do they ever explain how these guys are so physically gifted? In HSR people use Paths' powers to give them their abilities. Is it explained in ZZZ? Ellen can cut missiles mid air, thats super sonic speed at least.

Robot is strong because... well they are Robots. Thiren got boost based on what kind of Thiren they are. For Humans it's been quite an Argument but many people believe that they got Superpower strength because of their Ether Aptitude. This Ether Aptitude also gives them some kind of resistance towards certain Elements and can use those Elements for themself. The Unique case was Physical usually they are Stronger and faster than everyone but some of them also got resistance to certain elements, Anton was supposed to be Physical his Lightning Attack was from his Drill
