Yes he is the best Africa has to offer, He stole millions from the country and was a big contributor to the load shedding we have today, He then tried to lie and get away with. His corruption runs so deep into who he is as a person that he feels no remorse for the suffering his greed has cause on his fellow south Africans. What a great man, I can see why you must like him so much, maybe you are the same as he is :)
