Dan undoubtedly possesses the qualities of a superstar. In just a few days, he will reach one million subscribers on KZbin. Looking forward to part 4. Thanks for the great reactions! Of course we want a Part 4! You might do all of his Witcher covers from the show and the game - "Toss A Coin to Your Witcher" (this is the song that blew up Dan's channel 4 years ago); "The Song Of The White Wolf"; "Priscilla's Song" (METAL COVER); "Priscilla's Song" (original arrangement) & "Burn Butcher Burn (an absolute must). If you do all five, the run time will be just under 21 minutes. If you have to leave off any I would say leave off Priscilla's Song (original arrangement). Also, a fun one to do would be Dan's metal cover of "Star Spangled Banner" along with "An Apology." He got some pushback for doing the USA's nation anthem and this was his response. I would suggest also Erik Gronwall (until a month ago, he was the lead singer for Skid Row). He was also the lead singer for the band H.E.A.T (he does a collab with Dan Vasc on Dan's channel called "Breaking The Silence" (H.E.A.T cover). Erik's most recent release is "I Will Always Love You" (Whitney Houston/Dolly Parton cover). You might also like his "Headless Cross" (Black Sabbath cover)(he did this one while he was fighting leukemia) or "Painkiller" (Judas Priest cover). Also, another band to check out is SABATON. Sabaton is a Swedish heavy metal band from Falun. The vast majority of their albums are written about historical events, mainly wars and significant battles. 1916 (Official Music Video), Christmas Truce (Official Music Video) or "The Last Stand" (LIVE - The Great Tour - Budapest).

Thanks Jacob for another great reaction video. You chose 3 very different songs that show the vast range that Dan can sing. A few suggestions for you are: Burn Butcher Burn from the Witcher series , I'll Make a Man Out of You from the Disney Mulan movie (Dan hits his highest note, according to him) , and another Evanescence cover, My Immortal. I look forward to the next one.

I'm a bit late to this party😉 My favourite here is "My heart will go on". Yes please to Part 4. "Battle Hymn" has been suggested and I second that. Also, "Blind and Frozen", a Beast in Black cover and "Exceptional", a Unisonic cover. There is soo much to choose from, so hopefully we can have many parts😉 So glad you enjoyed this, thankyou😃

I would love a Part 4 - Suggestions: Dan just enjoying a song - "Kickstart My Heart" Motley Crue cover or "Heaven is a Place on Earth" Belinda Carlisle cover. Dan singing Opera - "Nessun Dorma" or "Music of the Night" from Phantom of the Opera or "Time to Say Goodbye" featuring Rehn Stillwater. Other suggestions: My Immortal, Bring Me to Life, Son of Pain, Sleeping Son, songs from the Witcher series on Netflix and the games - Song of the White Wolf, Burn Butcher Burn, Priscilla's Song (he did 2 versions - one original and one metal).

Sound of Silence original was written and performed by Simon and Garfunkel 60 years ago in 1964 whereas Disturbed did the cover in 2015.

Disturbed did a cover of the original Simon and Garfunkel version which was very laid back. Disturbed made quite a change to it and Dan covered the Disturbed version. Thank you for your reaction.

Just to correct a few minor misinformations - 'Sound of silence', the original was by Simon and Garfunkel in 1964, but yes it was the Disturbed coverversion that Dan made. 'My heart will go on' was not written by Celine Dion, but by James Horner and Will Jennings.

Great reaction and love to hear Dan. If you are wanting to get into music yourself check out some of Dan's video that are not songs in his catalog. He put out one how to be a KZbin singer and about music mixing. He also has some Q & A's that are very funny and informative. You could easily do a part 4 on just he Witcher songs. Toss A Coin To Your Witcher, Burn Butcher Burn, The Song Of The White Wolf, Priscilla's Song both original and metal versions. Might want to check a band called Orion's Reign that Dan was a part of for a short time Elan or Thunderstruck. It early yet but Dan has some epic Christmas songs like O'Holy Night. Looking forward to more reactions.

Unfortunately, his merch provider merged with someone else and none of his merch is currently available. He is working on procuring another fulfillment company. His cover of Number of the Beast is incredible and that scream tho! lol. Victor the Guitar Nerd is savant level!!! IMHO Dan FIXED the My Heart Will Go On. Keep up the good work with the reactions. lol You have a great recommendation from @Lydelith. Other bands Sabaton and Nightwish are two bands and Dan done covers from both of them :-) If you want specific song recommendations, just holler and many of the respondents here will be happy to chime in. 😁

I just wanted to mention that Disturbed version of the song The Sound of Silence was a remake of the original song which was written by Paul Simon and recorded by Simon and Garfunkel back in the late 60's...i noticed that when you were introducing the Dan Vasc version of the song you talked about the "original version done by Disturbed" several times...just thought you would want to credit the song to the artist who wrote and recorded it (with Art Garfunkel).

Actually, his cover is similar to Disturbed's cover of the original song. The original song was by Simon and Garfunkle.

Many thanks for sharing your thoughts on this awesome selection of performances from Dan Vasc. He is just the most wonderful vocalist who always puts 100% into all his renditions. Yes please would love to see your reaction to more of his music, he is always a pleasure to listen to and he has so many different genres of music for us to enjoy. One of my favourites is “Battle Hymn” a Manowar cover, this is Dan’s favourite band and he has quite a few of their songs that he has covered. I hope to see your next reaction to more of his music from you before too long. 🎶✨🔥🔥🔥✨🎶

This was great getting to listen to more than just one song of his in one sitting. I also enjoyed your comments. Dan can & does do all the various metal sub genres from symphonic to death core, but his greatest gift to us is how he incorporates them as felt/needed. If you can handle more speed metal, check out his duo of the song *Dawn of Victory* , with the original singer. Fabio Leone, and Dan's own band called Fearless. Not only does Dan excel in metal styles, he champions other styles too, such as Opera, Broadway, Ballads, TV series soundtracks, movie soundtracks (Kiss By A Rose with Violet Orlandi), rock & roll, church, Christmas, ... if the song needs to be sung, Dan's the man for the job. I only brushed the surface. I could go on all day, I swear, & I've only been addicted to his music for a year. I wish I would/could have discovered him earlier. *Breaking the Silence* with Erik Gronwell is outstanding, for instance. (About breaking the chains of oppression. The author was battling alcoholism, but left the interpretation open for every oppression out there). Long story short, YES!! PLEASE CONTINUE DELIGHTING US WITH MORE DAN SONGS.❤

According to Dan, this is a cover of Disturbed version and not the original by Simon & Garfunkel. I prefer Dans version. I never thought My Heart Will Go On would one day be a head banger, but leave it to Dan to give this tired classic a new and Epic life! Thanks for reacting to these covers!

If you want to really see this singer in all his glory than you must listen and see his Gethsemane from Jesus Christ superstar where he absolutely lives the role and his performance is phenomenal better than Neeley in my opinion.

Dan Vasc's success reflects his hard work, dedication and passion for his craft. This boy is a true combination of talent, hard work and determination!!!! It will literally be the song you sing and pull you into your world. Dan's music absolutely blew me away. He seems to have a very good head on his shoulders and a wonderful sense of humor. A special young man. I love and respect his work!

You were comparing Dan's Sound of Silence with the "original" by Disturbed but the original was actually by Simon and Garfunkel and released and became famous back in 1965. Disturbed's version is also a cover and not the original as is Dan's.

Dave Draiman is the singer of Disturbed, and they and Dan Vasc are my two favorite artist's. This is only meant as a friendly ribbing - Hmmm ... did your research and think Disturbed wrote Sound of Silence? 😂 (hint; it was written by Paul Simon back in 1964!) 😮😅 ok, we all make mistakes, so no biggie ... except perhaps to Paul!
