(1) Jongdae has such a cute and bright personality, I'm so glad you were able to pick up on that. The members, especially Sehun, often comment on how his bright and happy personality is energizing to them. ("Hyung's smile is Exo's treasure." - Sehun) He also got chosen by all members as the member who is the most kind. He takes care of everyone and is very considerate. Chanyeol said he's TOO kind/considerate to the point of being "an idiot" and that he should be more greedy/selfish. Sehun called him Exo's mom. And DO called him Exo's angel. (2) If you liked rocker Chen, you should definitely check out his rock solo performance "EXO Chen - Uprising ( Japan )"; that boy is a born rock star! (3) If you liked his whining, check out the 2 whining compilations by youtube channel "BaekChen chocolate". (4) Yes Jongdae has written lyrics to quite a few Exo songs. She's Dreaming and Touch It are especially good. You should react to lyrics videos, or the live of Touch It, which is really fun, like a musical number. Chen's solo album is coming out next week (he is the first Korean member to go solo!), I hope you react to his MV and album when it comes out :). (5) You are correct! Jongdae has NOT had any film or tv acting projects, and is thus the only member to not do any acting. When asked why, he always responds that he just wants to focus on music. I think it's obvious why he is the first Korean member to go solo :). However! Back in 2015, Chen starred in the Korean production of the musical In The Heights, written by THE legend himself, Lin-Manuel Miranda. (On Twitter, he was spotted owning/holding a phone case with Chen's ITH character on it!) You should definitely check out Chen and Kim Bokyung's rehearsal of "Sunrise", one of the musical numbers. It's...intimate! And has a lot of lovely Spanish! Just search "chen kim bokyung sunrise eng sub" ;). (6) Thank you so much for your thoughts on shipping, FINALLY someone said it!! For example I love Xiumin and Xiuchen, but I get annoyed when people "ship it" and then also ignore all of Jongdae and Xiumin's wonderful relationships with other members. For example, Jongdae is also just as close to Baekhyun, but people are deluded with shipping "Chanbaek" romantically that they ignore the amazing Baekchen friendship (they really do have a beautiful story of how they met and ended up in Exo together!). Stuff like that is super annoying to me.

I’m not Jongdae biased but he just means so much to me still uwu He’s super cute, super kind (according to the people around him at least), his passion for music is so inspiring and his voice is just ... amazing. I have always found his voice the most pleasing in EXO, never had to grow into it like many others. It just hits right. He reminds me a little of Kyuhyun in regards to singing because the emotions he portrays (especially with ballads and his lower notes which are outstanding) just hits me the same way Kyuhyun does effortless. I could talk so much about his voice and I have zero education in music but it just fills me with so much. Add to that his stunning visuals (and he is so beautiful!) and his overall demeanor that is so pleasant. He’s just amazing nwn (and I truly swear I’m not Chen-biased lmao)

The ONLY member who haven't acted in dramas is Chen. So the rest of the 8 are all actors 😂 the ones who are more involved are D.O, Suho, Lay and Chanyeol. A bit of a fun fact is : Chanyeol have been getting a lot of praises in his last drama (Memories of Alhambra) so I'm assuming this will be his road into becoming the next most awarded actor in EXO other than D.O And I honestly love the fact you don't judge idols for not writing their songs. I feel like a lot of people see it as a requirement. You either write or you are just a manufactured robot. So I love that aspect of you although anything Jongdae writes is gold. His ballads are one of my favorite.

IMO people kind of have the wrong idea about Jongdae "always" being loud and "screaming all the time." He's actually a bit introverted and a homebody and the only time he really yells is when he's hyped up about something. Also, he's said that constantly singing high notes was really hard on him, and his low vocal register is one of the best in EXO!

There's montages of him literally breaking things from mic stands mid concert to shredding random toys EXOs been given in interviews, multiple stories of him losing his phone (including one where him and Taemin first lost Taemins phone on the roof of his car, found it, then Kai lost his. Taemin then found Kais where his own phone had been found).

i agree with you about shipping idols together but honestly the only ship of EXO that I think it would be real is Chanbaek. It's known that Chanyeol and Baekhyun are really close to each other but they act sometimes weirdly when they are together, also the other members' reactions whenever something happens between the two of them make me really confused.
