The gentleman with the beard asked why other states that passed sunshine laws don't have the same issues, therefore suggesting that "Fla. Man" must be unique. However, after Florida's Law, most states that passed Sunshine Laws, exempted ongoing investigations from those laws.

The sunshine law is an important difference. I used to be the editor of a local weekly in California, and quite often we would hear about something happening, and when we would ask the police about it , they could just say, "There is an ongoing investigation, so we can not comment."

Well let’s try again. Let’s start with the recent American Airlines incident that I read about with this gentleman and I hesitate calling him a gentleman coldcocked flight attendant American Airlines flight claiming that he just had brain surgery and that caused him to hit the flight attendant and give HER a concussion🤕 what people won’t do to get out of trouble just saying. .. looking forward to more stories like this one w/tongue in cheek with a lot of innuendo! thanks again everybody great job far as I’m concerned..
