They criticize their rivals methods on how they fight crime (Hunter's Moon criticize Moon Knight for straying away from Khonshu's purpose and Ghost-Maker criticize Batman's method on how to handle his criminals). And they were convinced by a third party on how their rival's method does work and are willing to work together ( Hunter's Moon who has a deep dislike against vampires, who are considered enemies of Khonshu, was convinced by a vampire, who has proven to be good, to help Moon Knight and Ghost-Maker who sees criminals who deserves to be killed, was convinced by Harley, a criminal who has reformed and trying to do good, sees that Batman's methods are working and decided to help him).
