That's the reason why the Bible sais that Jesus told Nicodemus that he had to be born of the Spirit... Because Jesus was born from the Spirit and all that are called "sons of God" have to be born of the Spirit. The seed being the word. It changes your DNA in the Spirit. No more Adamic "seed" of a corrupt spirit (vane and blasphemous way of thinking", but a Mesianic "Seed" of the Holy Spirit, reveling you the Word who is Jesus. That is why he said that no man would have to teach you, but God him self would be revealed to you. Hebrews 8:11. (The new covenant, the regeneration of the spirit.) Jesus said that the words that he spoke were Spirit And live... It's like a piece of God himself is transfer to us thru his voice, producing in us the new life that is himself in us.... Sadly many will hear this message and will not understand it because they can't. The Spirit of the Father is not in them and are vailed with out understanding.
