It sounds like she is able to improve her times with proper training and focus. Hopefully, she can commit to track & field full time. We could see her move into that top tier. The potential is there!

Agree. It’s definitely easy to get comfortable in an easier league. One thing I was discouraged by is that her time from last year to this year in the 400m showed no improvement. Hopefully she can strive to get better.
