I love these videos, could you explique a bit more about the difference between US style and European style ? What do you mean by "more forward " ?

In the stops, the more forward I refer to in European horses is their balance point tends to be more forward and they use their necks for balance as opposed to sitting deeper on their hocks. Especially in the past in America it was more common to see that style from the east coast and midwest, where as the west coast style was a more deep sitting style. It didn't travel as far but it had more solid contact on the ground. in modern times those style have blended together and now you have horses that sit deep on their hocks while traveling incredibly far (All Betts Are Off). Where as many of the Euro style horses have to balance on their front ends as they move. I assume the difference is from where the European riders learned initially (east coast US), the animated style with the free hand that is more common and changes the riders balance point, and differences in footing, as well as, generally showing in smaller arenas.
