Woman's a badass. She was in a band called the Eurythmics and they made some great songs. Some of their songs are "Would I Lie to You?" "Sweet Dreams (are made of these) and others I can't think of. If you want to listen to songs she's done in her solo career, I'd recommend " Walking on Broken Glass" and "I Put A Spell on You." Cool.

As a woman from Annie’s era , (I’m 69), I MUST set you straight young man on this iconic breakup/divorce” anthem that many women have adopted ….. so here it comes ….. buckle up 😂You said you got the feeling from the “chorus” , well that’s a start , 👍and you admitted that you were listening to the words too , well that’s good 👍, but young man , you PAUSED this song in the middle of the most poignant part of the final acidic soliloquy about the weakness of her decaying relationship , to the final bitter sweet end “YOU DONT KNOW HOW I FEEL “ 😱 I’m pretty sure of those 57M ? views, most of those people have since spoken those exact words at the bitter end of their relationships. And those people will also know that you can’t unsay or unhear things said during these toxic times either , “Somethings are better left unsaid ,But they still turn me inside out “. Tell me whhhhyyy… PS. When you pause can you

This song was Annie Lennox first single as a solo artist, and became a worldwide hit in 1992. Between 1981 and 1990, Annie Lennox and Dave Stuart were in one of the UK’s biggest ever pop duos, with so many huge electronic rock/pop hits, featuring that amazing voice. Their biggest hits include: Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), Love is a Stranger, Right by your Side, Who’s That Girl, Missionary Man, Thorn in my Side, The Miracle of Love, When Tomorrow Comes, (I Love to Listen to) Beethoven, Here Comes the Rain Again, There Must Be an Angel (Playing with my Heart), Sexcrime (from 1984 soundtrack), Would I Lie to You, Sisters are Doin’ it for Themselves, It’s Alright (Baby’s Coming’ Back), King and Queen of America. Annie’s solo hits also include Put a Little Love in your Heart, Little Bird, Walking on Broken Glass, No More I Love Yous, Whiter Shade of Pale, Into the West (from the Lord of the Rings: Return of the King soundtrack).
