Mei Ling is a very interesting character. She loved Shifu, always, but selfishly tried to make him change instead of considering she was the problem. Eventually, they both decided to give up their past lives, but thanks to Junjie, Mei Ling was forced to dtray Shifu again. This time, though, Mei Ling was able to finally put other's needs and desires before her's. In other words, she learned what love truly is.

I didn’t know that Shifu had a love life. But it only makes sense because he tried to be a father figure for Tai Lung. Then his students like Tigress looked up to him like a father mentor. He tried to make his own family in a way. His arc is very good in the movies! I can’t wait for the next King Fu Panda film!

"Shifu's Ex" and "A Crazy Little Ling Called Love" are two of my all time favorite episodes from "KFP: Legends Of Awesomeness!" Too bad Mei Ling only made two appearances throughout the series though. It would've been interesting if they did an arc about her for Shifu.

Man, Shifu really had a bad life. Father? Con man that kinda abandoned him in the jade palace (regardless of hidden good intentions). Girlfriend? Thief who eventually couldn't control her impulses and put a riff in her relationships and morality. Son? Rampaged the town and almost killed him for being denied a legendary title. No love in his life, so better just take honor, right? Honor that made him stressed out, sour, bitter and tired. And then he had the chance to finally make things right by training the true Dragon Warrior of the prophecy, the one who would finally bring warmth to his soul and....it was a silly panda that barely knew any Kung Fu, over the students he actually taught and fostered for years. Now, I think even today's Shifu might acknowledge that still doesn't justify his treatment of Po in the first movie, but then you realize Shifu is desperate for control precisely because he got so many tragedies for things he couldn't control at all from his loved ones. It's a miracle his surrogate turtle father still never gave up on him, that at least his adoptive tiger daughter didn't betray him and the panda not only turned out to be indeed the dragon warrior but the fact Shifu still ended up training him means once he could overcome his pain, he could get the goal he so desired and all he needed was to embrace his family. And even after that, it is not completely unbelievable that Shifu, wanting to finally have a chance of happiness with his soulmate, would try to leave everything behind just to achieve what he thinks wouldn't be able otherwise. It really makes you think what could have happened if his father never abandoned him, or if his girlfriend had a change of heart earlier, or if Tai Lung could just take the rejection with dignity. Shifu had mistakes, but honestly it does get to the point no matter what he does, everything kinda explodes in his face.

Not all bad, he still has the Five and Po. If nothing else, he's had just as much hardship as he had joy. If his life was entirely good, he wouldn't be all that interesting as a character.

Hot take: I don’t know if I’d call Shifu one of my favorite characters I mean I do like his character arc….but if I were to take up Kung Fu or any Martial arts I really don’t think I’d want someone like Shifu as my teacher. I just never really liked how harsh and judgmental he was towards Po at first (I mean I get that was part of his arc but still) and I also find that he pretty hard-spirited towards Tigress who literally saw him as her adoptive father. I mean I get what happened with Tai Lung didn’t work out but you don’t have to take it out towards another kid you’re raising! And it kinda pisses me off that no one not even Oogway called him out for that.

Yeah. I mean, Tigress has suffered a lot cuz of him. She had incredibly high expectations put on her and all she wanted was to make him proud. I mean, she’s in a better place now. But part of the reason she hated Po was because, imagine. You work your entire life, lose all feeling in your hands to make your “father” proud of you. And finally you have the chance to do so. To finally reach his expectations. And it’s torn away from you by this random fanboy you never met. Once again, you’ve failed your father’s expectations and you never hear him say that he’s proud of you or that you’re enough. That sort of thing breaks people. Tigress deserves better

I feel for this couple. On shifu's end, He was a man who dedicated his life for kung fu, as in many ways fill the void that his father have left him while mei ling's end, She is a woman who takes joy in being thief because that's her way of getting what she wants. One day, when the two met for the first time, it brought something that neither of the two knew they had but that relationship on hold as they show true colors to one another. While shifu moved for time being though a part of him loves him while mei ling was obsessed with this relationship so much so that she went great lengths in order for her and shifu can be together. Every time they came close to be together, something always stand in the way of their true love. Despite of all the barriers, they always find a way to make it work. I absolutory love this relationship and I hope they'll be together so the two will finally have peace that they always wanted in their lives.

So Isaac, you heard of what the plot for what Kung Fu Panda 4 will be about as said by Jack Black himself? Po will be leaving the Valley of Peace to go to the big city, where he'll face off against the new villain, called The Chameleon, who have the ability to summon the previous Villains from past films. Oh, I cannot wait for KFP 4! Can't wait to see how this Chameleon villain can bring back the other villains. There will be so much to talk about once it comes out.

The only thing I hated about this was when Mei Ling(Fox) arrived at the Palace and, of all the damn characters that could ask, they picked Crane to be the one to say "Who's Mei Ling?" That was frustrating to hear from a guy who owned a lot to a person called Mei Ling.

Doubt, you'll see this, but I gotta shoot my shot. Remember, in the first HTTYD movie, when Hiccup was chosen to kill the Monsterous Nightmare/Hookfang? He decided to instead run away and had even brought a big thing of fish for Toothless, but once Astrid showed up, he basically forgot about it. I'd like to see a video about Hiccup, instead of stopping Astrid, decided to double down on his initial plan and took off on Toothless never to be seen again. Which would mean no finding the Red Death, no finding Valka, no stopping Drago, and no encountering Grimmel.

Actually there was an unreleased special episode. The plot evolves around the five trying to free Shifu’s girlfriend by making a deal. They work out a deal that for her freedom they had to Retrieve the legendary Golden heart of the ancient forest. Unknown to them the heart is inside a GIANT RED PANDA. They admit that they could never succeeded. And the one who may the deal was their master because he got a warning from the prison from his girlfriend. But not long after leaving the prison has a riot but she doesn’t escape and even saves the warden life. The warden tells her that he will try to get her sentence changed Unfortunately due to the special never being shown we have no way of knowing
