Nope, he wasn’t the winner of Tawag Nang Tanghalan ( local tv singing competition ) but he did step into the finals I think . Sofronio is such a gifted singer. Well, he’s just a tip of the iceberg sort of bcoz in the Philippines we had countless amazing singers..I mean, singing competitions in the Philippines is so stiff. You must be exceptional if u can get through the finals & all..

I watched his performances on Tawag ng Tanghalan (TNT), and while they were impressive, they don’t quite match the level of artistry he’s achieved on The Voice. Sofronio has grown significantly as an artist, and his coaches’ advice to focus less on technicalities and more on singing with his heart has made a huge difference. Others like brad steele, xtra vaganza, your online singing coach, w&r are also positive and informational.. The above- mentioned reactors obviously have voice-music background making their reaction authentic ! Unlike others( some non-Asian, non-white) who base their reaction on whether they would feel goosebumps(🤨?), some even critical of Sofronio’s performance( turns out he was rooting for the second placer- why react negatively on Sofronio? Just for views?) , still others were just superficially reacting, no depth, probably just for views, so I’ve learned to be more discerning- stop the vid right there and then, even tho they may have more than 100000 views !
