The tank mobility need to be on maus level like 25 kph and no more and the drivers hatch needs to be like 230mm effective on flat ground. The mobility will mean its harder to move in to positions and to react to changes on battlefield. The weakspot will make it possible for any tank to pen it whith gold ammo and proper aiming. Also the slow speed will make the weakspot easyer to hit.

releasing broken tanks is not a WG exclusive practice. Every game that introduces new weapons/champions/heroes/vehicles in an overpowered state is a very common marketing strategy. And it goes like this: 1. Create a META product (assuming it requires a resource to unlock) 2. Release it to public in an overpowered state, "forcing" players who want to be competitive on top level to grind it instantly (causing most of them to either spend in-game resources or use premium currency, gold/free xp in this case) 3. Milk the situation as long as possible 4. De escalate the situation by "balancing" the said product and saying: "Yes we listen to our player base" The mentioned marketing practice has been working, and will continue to work for many many years to come, and no it won't change because it is the absolutely most efficient money grab strategy currently available that isn't generally known as predatory strategy (predatory level cash grab is for example pre-purchase) You are welcome, cheers. I am unable to test it out myself unfortunately due to certain circumstances but judging from all the sources it looks very strong and agree with to adjust them, and I hope they can buff some tier 9 premiums that are underperforming like the WZ-114 and the other ones that slowly disappeared from mm and barely heard from again.

It's not going to be nerfed - this is a "careful calculated decision". WG use Christmas stuff to get old players interested then hang the carrot of a completely op tank to grind to keep them playing. All the streamers complaining is exactly what WG want to build hype. Eventually it gets nerfed hard which has exactly the effect WG want (everyone stops playing it), and WG release a new OP line. They have done this for many years, so not quite sure how Iyouxn is not aware....

You are forgetting that before they started making new tanks very OP, you could pen any tank with standard shells. An MS-1 used to be able to pen a Maus if you knew where to shoot.

im a wot player since june 2011, i have multiple premium tanks and have spent money purchasing premium account back then, and now i have wot plus for demounting equipment. i have played in 2 servers and im glad to say that in 13 years i only accumulated 19k battles. i was a good players with as high as 53.5% win rate solo and no spamming gold rounds in the old days. but since i love to hold on and play with the lagacy tanks like wz111 i just can't be competitive in the modern game, and there are some tanks that are simply unplayable like my FCM50t, the game is not about skills anymore. i called xm57 and contradictous the worst moment of wot for me for its entire history, explain the phenomenon of 45, 46% players achieving 60%+ win ratio in xm57? and obviously they sold a lot of gamble boxes to give them confidence to go ahead with this line right after. it is great seeing this video at the start of 2024, it is like a wake up call. wot is and has been simple, its like all business, a small percentage of player base, say 20% of them account for 80% of the revenue, so the product is all about making this 20% happy. who are they? pay to win players, pro players, streamers, people with no school no job. OP tanks? gold and free exp everything, get it from day 1 and start farming credit farming stats. the rest 80%'s purpose are just to fill the servers and provide the meat and joy for this 20%. i dont play meta tanks, i play the tanks i like and i try to get them to work. but it is getting to a stage where it is absolutely pointless. why play e100 when you get destroyed at your face when you can play this with -10 depression? when play grille 15 no armor no camo worst gun dispersion factors than arty low penetration when you can play E3 and press W? why play stupid alpine tiger when you can play 703 II? why play any light tank when you can play ELC? why play low tier at all when lefh18b2 exists? why play any arty at all if you can play m35/55 and obj261? why play any tier 8 mediums at all when there is bourrasque? i think i am done with this.

@@milankuncak the defender itself was pretty OP back then BUT, it has realistic weakspot for you to hit. ie. the lower plate and the 2 couplas. its armor is still OP because the angled upperplate from the front cannot be penetrated by anything, not Ho Ri3 with gold, not jagdpanzer E100 with gold. but, lower plate, turret coupla and turret can also be pen by high pen rounds. imagine a former OP tank is considered not competitive. yea i play my wz111 from the old days, xm pens right through my gun, i was shocked.

Quick tip for all: if one is hull down against you and you can see the top of the driver's hatch, you can ricochet trap it into the underside of their turret, the entire sloped part of the hatch is a ricochet pen for all tanks with 270mm pen or above (the middle if that plate is most reliable). You can also pen a weird rectangle between the guns that is only 350mm effective (even pens with HEAT) but you need a lot more pen for that than the ricochet trap. Also, if their turret isn't completely straight in line with their hull you can overmatch the underside if it's turret (only 20mm) which is extremely useful when they are using all their gun depression. Plus the rest of the line looks like it'll vastly underperform compared to this tank so people will want to spend more to get to the tier 10 ASAP. Pls like so more people can see that this tank is not immortal.

They need to lower it's DPM a notch, make the cupola taller so it can be hit from hull down and decrease the armor on the driver's hatch by around 20-30 mm to allow higher pen HEAT to reliably go trough it. It would still be strong, but not foolproof. That being said, this is WG. They'll nerf it's speed a bit and call it balanced.

The dispersion is both guns dispersion combined. It’s more like .57 dispersion on each gun. Honestly I feel like make the commanders hatch a little taller and take about 5-10mm off the driver ladder hatch so it’s 50/50 chance head on with 260 pen rounds.

For the single shot, the base dispersion is 0.32, which is TOO GOOD for such a tank and platform, that's true. It's the same as the super conqueror, which is NOT okay for how much the Canopener offers. Funnily enough, even the DPM is slightly higher than the super conqueror (by 21 only, but still funny). So essentially the gun of a super conqueror, on this good of a platform. RIP.

Double barrel Exploit, start match with 2 HE, shoot 1 HE at start of round, everytime you Shoot Double barrel shot, have the single HE shell be ready to be reloaded after double shot, then the HE shell will be reloaded in quick time, then use intitution to switch from The HE to next Double shot. you can also use accuracy exploit . find about both of these on youtube

mmm veteran players dont grind tank lines.. they have millions of free xp to just go straight to teir 10 they wont nerf it at all for the first 3 months so the sweatlords can have their honeymoon time with it all buffed up to mark it and then it will get nerfed in time for the muppets to finally catch up and all run around the battlefield annoying the shit out of everyone with their armor
