If Rouge actually knew who Manic was and what he was like, she would have put him a lot hire. He’s a chill dude that’s also a thief. Dude grew up on the streets and knows the con game. I think their morals would align pretty well given he’s a freedom fighter who doesn’t mind stealing from the rich. And due to his laid back attitude he would be able to put up with Rouge’s strong approach. I think they would actually be very compatible. Unless Rouge prefers a hot head, (lol, Knuckles). But Manic would be a nice change of pace for her. I’ve been watching Sonic Underground and it’s not that bad actually.

I wonder what they would think of future Tails when they find out not only can he build a starship but is rich, semi buff, and one hell of a fighter pilot. Though that history of his girlfriends or wives dieing on him does raise a few flags. Also Sonic in most series is never really interested in dating or being around long enough to do much. to be honest i don't really see any of the male characters being in the S tier column, Silver, Tails and Vector id say would make a good A mainly because Tails and Vector do look for love and Silver is a really nice guy.
