Looks like Mai Valentine finally got her victory over one of her friends and it happened to be Yugi Muto. Her defeating Pegasus not only released Yami Yugi & Weevil Underwood but kept the world from another threat. Same as Yugi Muto defeating Bakura again from his desperate rematch. All for the Finals to be an intense friendly match. I would've loved if any of the 4 heroes won, which they did. (Yugi Muto, Kaiba, Joey, & Mai) But you should definitely add 3 top villains to GX and to give the Jank Tournament an extra challenge for protagonist in it to try to defeat them.

Well that was quite a match. Susu got burned so bad by his deck, but it was close. That Harpie Cyber Slash carried Jen's deck so hard though. Definitely hope to see a GX version.

Mai vs yugi is so wild. I wasnt expecting mai to make it so far. Then again her deck is more balanced than alot of decks here in jank imo. I use to run jank harpies. fun af after the synchro came out. Money is on yugi tho. Ive played gadgets in one of the master duel xyz events. Deck was SOOOO good that it became my main deck unaltered in master duel for months. Yugi deck got that top deck power. EDIT: I was wrong. Mais just more consistant. Susu had some BAD draws tho. Yugis deck as we have seen can work. Hell i was inspired to make my own yugi-ish deck with classic cards with the fusion of valk/berserk. Fun stuff. Sad to see yugi get crushed.

Yeah I think Mai's harpies are probably one of the most consistent engines we've seen in this tournament, but gadgets and the magnet warriors are a close second.

She is the only one who had real combos. If the deck does not brick then it wins. The other decks were mostly bad. Some decks had a little bit of heat in them but only if they draw all the right cards.

Definitely keen to see this with GX characters. Would be great to see the decks be a bit more equal in quality. Mai's was way more consistent then any other one, would've been surprised if she didn't win the series. Was still lots of fun though!!!

Love to see gx can see a Zane Vs axel final can't under estimate the volcanic deck especially if doomfire is summoned with effect plus the blaze accelerator and tri blaze combo with scatter shot plus volcanic slicer and hammer to deal burn damage along with firewall for defence. Volcanic doomfire Vs cyber end dragon who wouldn't want to see that as a gx fan. Battle of the heroes also be fun elemental Vs destiny

This whole series is an example of how having playable monsters is key, especially in highlander. Every deck that made it to the second stage lost because it didnt have playable monsters. Im still salty Susu threw with Joey by discarding the playable rocket warrior instead of the brick gilford. Gilford is only good in slow games. Its easy to be a back seat duelist though. Because they only did one match against each character, they didnt know what kind of match up it would be. In hindsight some decks they should have played fast and some they should have played slow against another match up. However, this series was so entering and I enjoyed it a lot so please HxH Battles keep doing youre thing.

I think this is one of the most hype duels on the channel so far. I think Mai will win this though if she bricks with Amazon cards she might lose. Jen has those insane top decks though. Susu will have a tough time I think though there are some good plays though. Excited for a gx era wheel I wanna see chumley dominate!

I did really enjoy this series and yes to more. However I was a little upset with Mai deck. I was confused that Mai deck had a Synchro deck. I know it was there anime deck but Synchro came out 5D's era. Only other complaint was if you want to use Synchro let more people have it in there deck.

Here's a suggestion, have one extra duel after the Finals from Season 2 onwards. For Season 2, pit Mai's deck (Winner of Season 1) against Winner of Season 2. And the winner of this duel will duel the Winner of Season 3 and so on and so forth.
