Edit: Final score I got was 811~ On a side note, SS FoV is way more fun, more hadoken and punching and kicking possible because of the extra parry atk, and connect to basic seq 4 and 5. Just wished that it's not locked behind ss, so more ppl can experience the awesomeness.

For FoV, wouldn't it be better to ult before doing the enhanced combo? Or is there a damage buff I'm not aware of (maybe from Stigma set) you get for doing enhanced combo that gives more damage than what you lose by having lower hp before ult? Since iirc ult does more bonus damage the more hp it drains.

@@777Yuki Regular combo attacks and the parry attacks yes. The enhanced combo attack (when you have 3 stacks) instead sets your HP to a low percentage (similar to how the ult works). That's why I was confused, and was wondering if it gives some sort of damage buff greater than the boost the higher hp would've given to the ult I couldn't find any buff from using her enhanced combo attack in her skills/passives, but haven't had a chance to check her stigmas or her weapon.

I know that powercreep is inevitable in a competitive gacha game but the fact that S2 Luna is better than SSS DA in FIRE & IGNITE weather and the score gap between SS FoV and SSS DA is 200+ is insane to me lmao

Since when does HI3 became a competetive game? You don't need to go past Red Lotus or go for 0.1% in MA to get almost the same rewards. Ofcourse if you're an ego gamer than sure ig. But it's much more fun to just not rushing meta and play the valks that you enjoy. I'm using my S0 3/4 HoFin, 3/4 HoO and 1/4 HoTr in almsot every weather and I'm still in RL. MA is a little bit different but I'm not aiming for top scores and still getting plenty of rewards. You can absolutely play in Agony3 and you won't miss much. Like, 180 crystals doesn't worth your fun in the game. Sorry for my bad English

@@silhouette9699 Difference between Nirvana and Agony 3 is not 180 but 1200 crystals per patch, assuming 6 weeks, which translates to -4 pulls vs RL 240 which is less than one. I do agree though, that for the most players, 4 additional pulls probably wouldn't worth it.

Yeah, after doing that with SS DA it was so obvious that she is completely out of meta. My HoF SS2 scores the same as my SS DA and DA has type advantage. Its just the same as BKE, she was good back then but now unusable.

Is AE better than Kira for FoV support? I get a higher score with AE (cosmic duality, margrave TB and musician M) than S rank Kira (signature non-pri, same stigs). I don’t have HoTr yet and thought Kira was the best replacement?

Help, I'm still not used to using FoV, but what you did here is parry then always go to kick mode for the first combo, then switch to punch for the enhanced attack, and another parry stance right? I also have SS FoV.

yes she is. Honestly i personally don't recommend building a fire team. At least for now. Imo sirin isn't worth for a new player since she performs really bad without her weapon and rank ups which take a while t farm.

As a new player you should go for FoV since she's better than S0 Sirin. BUT. SSS Sirin with her 4/4 gear (which is also farmable. Except for her weapon) is probably better than 4/4 S0 FoV in an ignite weather. But that's too much investments for a new player, so yeah. Generally FoV is better.

Do note that if you get FoV you should get her signature weapon and gear 4/4 because missing even 1 piece makes her do ALOT less damage.

I suggest you save and pull gacha on the next patch. The Chinese new year patch. Read/watch Marisa infographic and guide for more info. And if you still hesitate or don't know what you're doing, please don't gacha. Just try to understand the game and feel first. There's plenty of time. Also, in my experience, summoning for support units is generally better than summoning for DPS. Support goes a long way but DPS get powercrept fast. I personally skip this new Fu Hua and will gacha on the next 7.3 patch. There will be Honkai part 2 and everything, I think it's a better use of my gems. In my opinion, this Fu Hua banner is kinda sus, it's like a bait banner, trying to make players spend their hard earned gems to summon before the next 7.3 patch (part 2 story and spending events). I mean Fu Hua is a fan favorite character, that's why Mihoyo make her so players might be more inclined to gacha. Yes, this 7.2 Fu Hua expa has its benefit but the cost is also great. Unless you're a big spender/whales, I suggest you think carefully.

new captain where, why in some teams you only get 2 droids for HoT? the droids affect the buffs from HoT? i play the 3 herschers team, but I don't have HoT weapon so i use basic 4 to summon the droids, should i only summon 2 of them instead?

It depends on some factors, the more machines you have unlocked, more SP you can get for her each rotation. HoTr weapon can get u 2 unlock very fast, also HoTr attack after weapon active gets a little more sp. Without the weapon the best way to do is to turn on QTE and hold atk to cast combo and bam, 2 weapons unlocked

No. Finality will be better vs imaginary bosses and in symphony weather.

So basically just because theyre both fire dps, doesnt mean theyre the same. There are other factors: the types, abyss weather that favours them, and even the boss typing. Tldr: there are bosses that trio is better at, there are bosses that fov is better at. But because fov is new, there will be more fov bosses in the near future. If you dont care about score or rankings, you can just use either of them on fire bosses.

HoFin is older and more expensive than FoV because, if you missed free HoO, you need to fully equip 3 gacha valks vs 2 in FoV case (you still need AiChan gears though).
