Bakugo is the oldest in 1 A, his birthday is a lot earlier than the others so he's 17 while the rest of the class is 16. Inasa, Camie, Monoma, Shinso and the others in 1B are also 16. All Might is 56. Endeavor is 49. Rei is 47. Dabi/Toya is 25, Fuyumi is 23 and Natsuo is 22. Shigaraki is 21. Toga is 18. Twice was 31 at the time of his death. Mr. Compress is 32. Spinner is 24. Masaru Bakugo is 43 and Mitsuki Bakugo is 40. Lady Nagant is 35. Hawks is 23. Star & Stripe is 44. Stain is 38. Gentle Criminal is 32, despite his white hair making him look older. LaBrava is 23. All For One's exact age is unknown, but it is believed he met Dr. Garaki and obtained his Slow Aging quirk while he was in his early 40's, shortly after the creation and loss of One For All. And accounting for 8 OFA users since then, All For One's age can be estimated around 140 years, while Dr. Garaki should be around 100 years of age. AFO is the oldest and Kazuma (From MHA movie: Heroes Rising) is the youngest characters in MHA who have onscreen dialogue.

All For One could be over 250 or perhaps near or above 300 years old given the fact there are 9 ofa user and all of them (except Izuku) can be as old as 20-50 years old

1st to 3rd user lived in the same generation more or less. Only 2 person holds ofa the longest all might for 40 years (the longest) and hikage for 18 years (2nd longest). Anyway by that calculation alone it doesn't come close to 200 years as the manga says even less for 300 years. Their own age shouldn't matter in the calculation barring the 1st, because izuku only has ofa for over 1 year and he's 16
