There was a guy with that condition who would walk the streets of Richmond Virginia when I was there in the early 90's. He would always be walking very fast, like a speed walker. I thought he was just crazy, but then I was informed that he had a disease that made his muscles cramp up so he would walk and swing his arms to keep from seizing up.
